It's not laziness, they're just understaffed and they're asked to deliver an un-godly amount of mail. This is simply an excuse to demonize marijuana. Buried.

"Up" people who like socializing, dancing in posh clubs, organizing and all that are the types who do coke or pop speed-type pills. I am generalizing, but mine is more true than "pot makes you lazy". I know plenty of people who use pot to make laborious work easier to do. They actually smoke pot so they work harder.
