Doesn't he know that SUVs are destroying our planet? - dvsbastard, on 04/28/2008, -3/+24Wow... he really couldn't wait until the 29th...
- rsh28630, on 04/28/2008, -0/+17Watch the video. http://www.cnn.com/video/?/video/us/2008/04/26/pkg ... This is hardly a 'cute' story. There was no mention of a father and he lives with his grandmother because his mother is also out of the picture. There was zero remorse and this was not a joy ride. He states the theft was vindictive and intentionally destructive. Whether he hit signs, cars or people was of no concern to him. The child has very serious issues.
- rootbeerinacan, on 04/28/2008, -0/+13***** po-lice gettin too lax nowadays, instead of tazing, all he got was:
""This is unusual behavior for a 7-year-old," Lovejoy said"
Rofl. - zdiddy85, on 04/28/2008, -2/+15***** I accidentally buried you. Undo...UNDO!!!
- warbird, on 04/28/2008, -0/+12atleast now he know SUVs can destroy a lot of things
- DMCer, on 04/28/2008, -0/+10That little ***** doesn't need to be charged, he needs a mom who isn't afraid to beat his ass. I can't believe the fattie had the nerve to say, "I WANTED TO DO IT BECAUSE IT'S FUN. IT'S FUN TO DO BAD THINGS." Herb, get the shotgun, this one's a mistake.
- motbob, on 04/28/2008, -0/+8The young man explained himself here:
http://nicenamedumpy.ytmnd.com/ - warbird, on 04/28/2008, -2/+9Why would anyone?
- joemofo214, on 04/28/2008, -1/+8no more pudding cups and pokemon for a week young man
- expo1001, on 04/28/2008, -0/+7When I was 7 I "stole" my mothers car because I wanted to drive. I ended up in a ditch across the street, approximately 20 feet from our driveway. I got the belt for that one.
- luke374, on 04/28/2008, -2/+9I'm not sure if I'm more scared of a 7 year old driving or a grandma in Florida.
- iticu, on 04/28/2008, -2/+7Why would a grandmother need a SUV?
- fkr3, on 04/28/2008, -3/+8How do so many ***** retards manage to post such stupid comments after it is front paged?
- mhaluza, on 04/28/2008, -2/+7That is one ballsy kid. He hit all those cars and just kept on truckin!
- Tayls, on 04/28/2008, -0/+4That's like something a creepy doll would mechanically exclaim in a movie or something...wow.
- warbird, on 04/28/2008, -1/+5Yet another reason to drop automatic shifting and switch to manual. Besides, manual is more fun!
- kylean1, on 04/28/2008, -3/+6This is obviously the fault of Video Game Violence...it just happened to happen the same week as GTA IV is coming out? doubtful.
- Fox News Journalist :P - tk0680, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3Does Jack Thompson arrange these things to time with a GTA release?
- Kallius, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3Sounds like a spoiled little sociopath in the making. I can see this kid killing someone before he's a teenager and getting coddled by the system.
- punx, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3She needs an SUV because she is raising who knows how many grandkids. She might need the space for them.
- monsterenergy, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3Anyone notice the police officers name? Ellen Lovejoy.....
- cbergstrom, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3The scariest part for me, outside of the "It's fun to do bad things", is when he's asked if he should be punished, and he comes back with "Yeah, maybe like no video games for a weekend." (from the CNN Video). That's all he come come up with?
This kid is going to have problems. He needs some authority in his life. - inactive, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3He needs a good beating, or used as fish bait.
- ferrell, on 04/28/2008, -3/+6>>The youngster's jaunt abruptly ended a short time later, when the Durango slammed into sign at the corner of Currency Drive and Investment Lane - causing the right front wheel to break off the vehicle.
American cars...They don't make 'em like they used to. - Dylson, on 04/28/2008, -1/+4In an SUV?
/stupid - warbird, on 04/28/2008, -1/+4Does that mean you are driving on the RIGHT side of the road?!??
- Dylson, on 04/28/2008, -0/+3No
- 180andback, on 04/28/2008, -0/+2I dugg you up for that because I'm a rebel.
- midgetsanchez, on 04/28/2008, -0/+2what...the...*****?
- AnthonyJK, on 04/28/2008, -1/+3Are you retarded? The wheel broke off the car; as in the rim. Which happened to be over-sized chrome pieces of *****.
- rye425, on 04/28/2008, -1/+3Man grandmas riding in style..dubs and all, what a punk of a kid though.
- SweetBearCub, on 04/28/2008, -0/+2Indian spam. Personally, I dig it down and report it.
- TiMMY8765, on 04/28/2008, -1/+3I guess nobody here saw talladega nights? the will ferrell hate is stronger than I thought
- nottheonlychris, on 04/28/2008, -0/+2Obviously not enough GTA otherwise he wouldn't have to do it in RL

- Lovett, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1and that's why I stay as far a way as possible from 7 year olds. They could strike at any moment

http://nicenamedumpy.ytmnd.com/ - TWiThead, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1Here's the same WPBF news report without the annoying stretch that CNN.com uses to produce fake "widescreen" video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLeVlBca5lg
- WatchDogX, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1This happens more often then you think.
- luckyguy2000, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1definately a gta gaming 7 year old who freaked out while waiting for release of gta4.
that damn videogames will kill us all. - gheide, on 04/28/2008, -1/+2Kids are becoming more and more addicted to video games these days at younger and younger ages...
.... I gotta get back to GTA... - commenter01, on 04/28/2008, -0/+1I think he meant to say that if the car was a '65 oldsmobile, the establishment would've been ripped out of its foundations.
- kawaiirobo, on 04/28/2008, -6/+7What the hell is wrong with kids these days?
- zdiddy85, on 05/16/2008, -0/+1Haha! Thanks to the new digg comment system I was able to come back AND undo!
