  • zdmorrow413, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0Ironically I think its the article and not the handbook that is racist. I would interpret this as officers trying to keep up with the kids newest slang. There are plenty of white kids speaking in ebonics too. Also; don't people have a sesnse of humor anymore?!
