They would cause it to become extremely agitated and might attack them or anyone near by. More and more cops are thinking these ***** tasers are a magic wand that will fix any issue they come across. Off the top of my head, I recall them tasering a kid who fell off an overpass and was writhing in pain and another where they taser a mentally unstable guy, who is holding tube lighting.

Robert Jordan, a 49-year-old college graduate, took an exam to join the New London police, in Connecticut and scored 33 points, the equivalent of an IQ of 125.
