kdka.com — Justin Polencsar had his tattoo parlor in the 2000 block of Carson Street trashed this week. He told KDKA that whoever broke in, smashed a lot of stuff, and took all of their tattoo supplies, needles, ink, etc. He was also robbed at gun point a few weeks before.
