- Tygell, on 10/11/2007, -0/+160They all just seem annoyed that some jackass with a camera is taking pictures of them for no apparent reason.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -3/+82that lady in the purple is smokin'
- cindylauper, on 10/10/2007, -1/+66they all look like: "wtf, did you just take my picture?"
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+67and she's showing a little strap for you... such a tease.
- SerifTheRobot, on 10/11/2007, -0/+58That first guy is so awesome. When I am old, I want to be like him.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -7/+60People should smile more, and be more happy !
- Four20, on 10/11/2007, -1/+54They look so tired. . .

- SlipstreamLucas, on 10/11/2007, -1/+26the 4th guy is actually a zombie.
and the 1st guy is awesome zombie killer man (note cool hat, shotgun concealing trenchcoat and glasses, dead give away) - unitedstatians, on 10/10/2007, -1/+26For those wondering, a quick reminder the word 'robes' is pronounced ('rah-b-s')
- floridiot2, on 10/11/2007, -2/+26It gives you a robe for $2? What about a wizard hat?
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -2/+24This is the first phase of Homeland Security, posing as avante garde artist—DUH!
- zengonzo, on 10/11/2007, -0/+20Holy *****, I remember reading a stream of your ***** earlier today ..
Do you always talk like this, or only when you're trying to impress other nerds? - sarazen, on 10/18/2007, -6/+25In a Station of the Metro
The apparition of these faces in the crowd; Petals on a wet, black bough
-Pound - angedinoir, on 10/11/2007, -5/+23They're not numbered, but I assume you mean the one with the eyes that look like they're about to explode?
- FreakyD, on 10/10/2007, -2/+19To prove that 2 out of every 4 people DO wear hats!
- endora123, on 10/10/2007, -0/+13The basic concept for this project is great, but I think that the photographer being visible detracts from the intended result. All of these people have the same basic "huh?" expression. It doesn't really explore the variety of human expression very much, even though the randomness of the subjects is great. I think that there would be a great deal more expression if the subjects were completely unaware of the shooter.
- treyd, on 10/11/2007, -3/+16She looks like the female version of Penn Jillette from 'Penn & Teller.'
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+12You have my condolences.
Yours truly,
another Philadelphian - JoEBlack982, on 10/10/2007, -0/+11they are numbered.
- praisethelard, on 06/06/2008, -0/+11I live in LA and I use public transportation....and I am awesome!
- Four20, on 10/10/2007, -2/+12it's art. . .
- GreyICE, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9Does anyone live in the city and actually NOT have an unlimited ride card? Everyone I know has one.
- patthew, on 10/11/2007, -2/+10I don't care who you are, there is never a good reason to wear two denim garments at once.
- saifatlast, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8No you aren't.
- MattnJax, on 10/11/2007, -4/+12God there are some ugly people in that place.
Also, that lady in the purple muumuu can barely fit through. - capiCrimm, on 10/10/2007, -2/+10avert the situation, imagine smashing their skull with a metal baseball bat whilst evilly smirking and laughing in their face. Everyone comes out a winner.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8#3 has a bomb, but no worries, I think I saw Wesley Snipes in there.
- silverchrysalis, on 10/10/2007, -0/+8of course, if you did accidentally wind up there, you could easily blend right in!
- silverchrysalis, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7then it would be like watching security video footage. while i appreciate your insight, i feel that the opposite is true- these are people who probably go thru that turnstile every day and always see the same sight, more or less. they go about their life, and then, one day, there is somehting different- a man standing there snaps their photo quickly. someone made a momentary connection in a city that avoids eye contact. it catches them unawares, briefly capturing a fleeting confusion before they are once again swallowed up into the throng of souls.
- SerifTheRobot, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7*exception: Post apocalyptic motorcycle rider.

The guy on the far left is sooo lucky -- I wanna get a shirt with *my* name on it now! - gbro, on 10/11/2007, -2/+8The "Turn-Style" or catwalk, was first founded in 1868 as a way of transporting live cattle through a style abattoir. The cattle would display various leather coats for next season fashion shows. Although the onions usually worn by said cattle were later replaced with plastic fakes, the wording remained.
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -4/+10If you were going into the Philadelphia subway, you'd look the same if not worse.
- KevenM, on 10/10/2007, -3/+9Half of them look like they're about to bitch slap the photographer
- matthewf01, on 10/11/2007, -1/+7her husband is inside that trashbag.
- Cyre, on 10/11/2007, -4/+10It's spelled turnstile, duh.
- centran, on 10/11/2007, -2/+7little iffy. I would deem it public property and therefor OK to take people photos.
However if he is going to make money off the photos then there is some more weird legal grounds to tread through. - 68024, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5No hot chicks here... boring... or wait yeah.. the lady in purple!!
- zolaar, on 10/10/2007, -0/+5Thank you.

- matthewf01, on 10/11/2007, -3/+8"i can has train ride now?"

A sneaky way of insulting someone, ***** off and die. - frostw, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4You want to be Inspector Clouseau?!
- indiephoenix, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5To get a reply from you. Yes, this whole thing was staged just for YOU. I think you ought to show a bit more gratitude, quite frankly.
- MisterNetHead, on 10/10/2007, -0/+4I'm curious, what's in the giant plasic garbage bag in number 8? Wait nevermind. Now that I think about it, I'd rather not know.
