- Akaji, on 10/12/2007, -3/+301It's a good thing he didn't do it in Boston...
- BrainInAJar, on 10/12/2007, -6/+107That's pretty unoriginal, he should've checked out LA first, there's fake people everywhere
( actually though, a cool installation ) - JakeX, on 10/12/2007, -5/+62That would be cool to witness in person. I'm sure everyone would do a double take on all of those. Beautiful art!
- mrASSMAN, on 10/12/2007, -5/+52Awesome photo: http://static.flickr.com/38/182511885_11c3e79568_o.jpg

and this ***** was on boingboing 6 months ago. come on, diggers! find something new for once. digg me the ***** down, i dont care. - Futurejunior, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16"I know the meter ran out of time officer, but it was a giant lollipop when I parked, I swear!"
- sephiroth965, on 10/12/2007, -4/+17Firstly, he was dug down because this has absolutely nothing to do with banksy unless you think every peice of street art earth was inspired by him. Next, the site has been updated since 6 mo. ago.
- Parker307, on 10/12/2007, -1/+13I love the one with the walker locked to the post. Like, what was it about that spot that made it so they didn't need a walker any more? But clearly they think they'll need it later.... and it's likely to be taken by.... someone who got there how?

- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+12We need something like that in London, much skill he has to think of all the original work
- Advercation, on 10/12/2007, -1/+11I live in DC and a lot of those pictures were taken in my neighborhood. My favorite was last summer when i bumped into the cat/hooker one in the red dress. She was strapped to the traffic pole on the corner off 14th and P for a couple weeks. Just last weekend I saw one of the babies hanging from a tree near the fish market.
To the Artist, Mark Jenkins: Dude nice work! I always smile when i see your drops around town. I have had the urge to nurse one of those babies though.
rfalloon:...read more about this before you comment - you'll learn that the work has been placed internationally so it makes sense if you've seen it over there too: http://www.xmarkjenkinsx.com/storker.html - Domiko, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9Yeah, plastic wrap and tape. I remember this from a while ago.

http://static.flickr.com/27/53149555_abdeb6582f_o.jpg - skyhighrockets, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6I saw number 6 in person, during the Fourth of July week in Washington DC.
I swear, I thought it was a real person, as did everyone else walking by. No one gave it any special attention, it just seemed like another homeless person sitting against a building. - ThatsPopetastic, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Sorry we don't have the time and money to get a art degree like yourself. Oh well, at least I can still enjoy it as it is.
- Advercation, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Original or not...it's being done NOW. Street art like this is important to me because it break me out of my daily routine: wake, work, sleep, repeat.....etc.
To debate whether this should be dug or not is irrelevant. - fenixx, on 10/12/2007, -18/+23bansky-influenced?
- charlie55, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6yay litter
- bboySNO, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6According to this one, it looks like packing tape maybe?
http://static.flickr.com/59/188908967_9d90b9a5db_o.jpg - n8r0n, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6I believe it is saran wrap and clear packing tape...
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Extra points for abandoning blogspam and going straight to source.
- candyman12247, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5Does it really matter if it has been on front page before? Obviously enough people haven't seen it to digg it to the front page, me being one of them.

- directedition, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3If you can't convey to the average person your intent through your art, then you are a failure as an artist.
- edeliz, on 10/12/2007, -7/+9New to me .
- Aitese, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3I actually saw the legs coming out of a plastic bag one here in London last week. On Greek Street in Soho.
- wesjanson2307, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2How many more boston jokes are there gonna be!? (Although i was thinking the same thing... :P )
Pretty cool stuff... Would of loved to see this in real life. - silverchrysalis, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2if you hate nerds then why are you on digg? just to hate more? maybe you belong on slate or something stuck up

- joromime, on 12/20/2008, -0/+1this was really interesting.

- RuthlessPirate, on 10/12/2007, -5/+6What are those white translucent figures made of? ice? ceran wrap? I can't tell.
- bigern75, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I love the walker locked to the street sign!! LOL
- rstrb8r, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1he should get together with an installation artist that does electronics, so they can make him move remotely or trigger sounds using a remote. THAT would be a cool video...
- jmp478, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I think they used scotch tape to make them.
- AMDnVidiaATi, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4Absolutely amazing. Great work!
