  • Bisquick, on 11/10/2009, -0/+4The city council didn't reject their business application. The city council just postponed the actual creation of a law regulating dispensaries until January. Dispensaries are legal in CA, and the attorney general even published guidelines for how dispensaries could be legally run. The question in this case is whether they have a permit to run their business, and I imagine they probably don't.

    Apparently, Batzi (really?) and Neil are arguing that Gilroy already has a process by which they could obtain due process. By opening without approval, they must be deliberately trying to push the issue. This could be entertaining.
