- TheGonzo, on 08/13/2008, -0/+7Why is the building following me? I'm freakin' out!!!!!!!!!!
- arandomgeek, on 02/24/2009, -0/+3I believe it works the same way as this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ol34zDEKR4A

- BurnTees, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2there's a similar street in NJ. you feel like you're going uphill but you're actually going downhill. if you put your car in neutral, your car rolls up the hill (so it seems). It's all due to the slope of the surrounding area.
- Lapper, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Those are crazy. And they act just like those 3D chalk drawings.
- GhostSniper, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2that's awesome.
Some truly gifted architects in the world - frostyfrog, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Always love the cool architecture pics. The Varini ones are very cool in my opinion.
- whatthefu, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I've been to #2 in DC. If you ever go to the National Art Gallery, make sure to see that.
- jdoe562, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1That Lichenstein house is crazy!

haven't found pics yet - powaking, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1The house one reminds me of the paper dragon which follows you as you walk around him.

I recently drove UP a hill road where the trees were all slanted due to prevailing winds. You got the impression of going downhill, but the gas pedal told me otherwise. Bizarre. - edwartica, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1That last one (the parking garage in Seattle) freaked me out ther first time I saw it. Well, not freaked out, but I was walking by it and I was like WHOAAAAA!!!!. I think I took a pic of it myself.
- Immij, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1I disagree, the Parthenon design is meant to correct for optical illusions that cause its edges to look curved. The intention with these is pretty much the opposite.
- c0ldfusi0n, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Dugg for Montreal. All in all pretty cool pictures.
- Immij, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1Yeah, although some of these are best left on paper. I'm looking at you number 7.
- brianbennett, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1The Parthenon might have been a good entry here. It has some very subtle structural refinements that greatly enhance the building's appearance. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parthenon#Design_and_ ...
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -6/+1Im not so sure I buy into the 2d buildings..
- inactive, on 10/10/2007, -11/+2The point of these complete eludes me.
