- silverchrysalis, on 10/12/2007, -2/+198and you know they'll find a way to tax it.
- Hentez, on 10/12/2007, -1/+170This could replace coal for those bad kids during Christmas
- mnetlucas, on 10/12/2007, -2/+112It says it is suitable for ages 14 and up
- Akaji, on 10/12/2007, -3/+108I want to buy it then sue them for false advertising when I find out that there happens to be air in my ball of nothing.
- Al3x, on 10/12/2007, -5/+109Am I the only one who thinks it's kind of cool?
I know it's nothing....but it sure looks like something...something I want - Dhalsim007, on 10/12/2007, -1/+85And charge "handling" for nothing.... argh! How can u handle NOTHING?!?!?!
- Virak, on 10/12/2007, -0/+75Very carefully, unless you want to ruin your expensive nothing by getting something in it.
- mattmcm, on 10/12/2007, -11/+84For the man who everything except nothing.
- RichieDagger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+72I'm not sure which is worse...the fact that they make it or the fact that I want it.
- KorRyal, on 10/12/2007, -1/+64What a rip-off. $6.28 is worth at least three balls of nothing.
- fantasticFlan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+60@mnetlucas
Anyone younger might be injured by the philosophical ramifications of sheer nothingness. - aaeyers, on 10/12/2007, -6/+62but will it blend?
- MatchStick, on 10/12/2007, -1/+56the price on these will go up when we run out of air...
http://www.girlontheright.com/perriair.jpg - ChromaVita, on 10/12/2007, -0/+52I'm going to sell the same idea, except vacuum all the air out of the package, and advertise that my nothing is so much more nothing than any other leading nothing manufacturer.
- diggsIt, on 10/12/2007, -0/+51Buyer beware. There's been a lot of knock-off nothings, being sold as the real thing.
- Cruelapollo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+39How would you know unless you opened the package?
- FeartheKnighted, on 10/12/2007, -0/+37I'm gonna wait till it goes on sale.
- WaterDragon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+38Oh noes...I hope they don't run out of stock.
Now just watch someone try to patent this.
Then we can all pay less and buy the Chinese knock-offs, called 'nohting' - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+39With the front page of digg they will connect with many more morons
and sell alot more nothing. I love how the price of nothing is such an arbitrary number. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -6/+40I'll give you nothing for free if you digg up this comment.
- griz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+33I think it would be hilarious if they did make vacuum sealed spheres. Then if you pop one open, it is no longer nothing. You hear that Ffsssst! sound and then you instantly have something. So in effect you CAN get something from nothing. That would be a product with value.
- jgee, on 10/12/2007, -0/+33I bet i could get at least twice as much if i sold iNothing.
- gamebittk, on 10/12/2007, -3/+35This is the only digg that makes that comment funny.
- wushu18t, on 10/12/2007, -0/+29yeah, a vacuum sphere would actually be more of an accomplishment then bottling "nothing" and ending up with worthless air.
pffftt. who needs air. - NikoKun, on 10/12/2007, -3/+24I wish I would have thought of this... XD selling nothing seems like a great way to make some money... people will buy it just for the novelty of having a plastic package labeled "nothing" that has nothing inside... XD
- johnnelson, on 10/12/2007, -0/+20This reminds me of the $3.95 "Pet Rock" that made someone from Los Gatos, California a millionaire.
TEXT FROM WIKIPEDIA:
Pet Rocks were a 1970s fad conceived in Los Gatos, California by an advertising executive Gary Dahl. The first Pet Rocks were ordinary gray pebbles bought at a builder's supply store and marketed as if they were live pets. The fad lasted only about six months, ending with the Christmas season in December 1975; but in its short run, the Pet Rock made Dahl a millionaire. - Metaridley, on 10/12/2007, -1/+21I already own it...I bought a bunch of great games for my PSP.
Zing! - clarkefreak, on 10/12/2007, -0/+19Has anyone else noticed that its price is $2pi? It's spherical...
- whitehornmatt, on 10/12/2007, -4/+23...
- idonthack, on 10/12/2007, -1/+20I just make my own nothing. It doesn't cost anything at all.
- Supurcell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+18Quit making such a big deal out of Nothing.
- nubnub, on 10/12/2007, -0/+17Hell... I'd buy it as a gift for somebody
- Xorsist, on 10/12/2007, -3/+20you sound like one of these "Creative, slow children"
- WaterDragon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+16OK I'll give you zero diggs!
- WaterDragon, on 10/12/2007, -2/+16You can buy everything. Just go into one of those discount stores -- they have them in every major city -- the ones with the big sign that says "Everything for 99cents. "
Give them a buck, and ask them for everything, and a penny change.
If they refuse, they can be charged with false and misleading advertising. - WaterDragon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+15I ordered one of these, and asked them to remove it from the packaging before shipping it.
But I'm not sure if they ever sent it. The bastards! - rajivm, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14I can't believe I'm almost tempted to actually buy this, buy nothing
- DaNKBuDZ, on 10/12/2007, -1/+14i wonder if they got their idea patented
- mattmcm, on 10/12/2007, -5/+18Damn, I obviously missed out "has" in my last comment. Digg me down at will.
- vare2, on 10/12/2007, -0/+13You are not alone =S
- moocow1452, on 10/12/2007, -1/+13No, you gotta get the quality nothing. That $1.00 nothing is pure crap.
- aggrogeek, on 10/12/2007, -0/+11I'm going to wait until I can buy everything. Maybe some people who spent their money too soon can trade in nothing for it.
- dedakia, on 10/12/2007, -2/+13get your nothing while its still hot!
- wotcher, on 10/12/2007, -3/+14NOTHING is suitable for kids 14 and up.
- Jassman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10http://www.gizmoandwidget.com/images/medium/jim_MED.jpg
Invisible Jim, an action-figure that doesn't exist. - KuntaKinte, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11it's like purchasing george bush's autobiography
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+9Yep. Just a matter of time before that nothing is out of style and a trendy new nothing takes its place.
- speedk0re, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8gimme
- Emachine, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9OMG I can't wait til the downloadable version!
- Bamborzled, on 10/12/2007, -1/+9That's to ensure that your nothing is untampered with during the shipping process.
