No canned music in National Anthem singing in schools--Lapus
newsinfo.inquirer.net — MANILA, Philippines -- The singing of the Philippine National Anthem during flag ceremonies in schools will not be accompanied by canned music, Education Secretary Jesli Lapus said in a memorandum released this Friday. The memorandum contains guidelines on the proper use of the Philippine flag in schools.
