He then claims that he lives in the same apartments just a few floors down and thats why he was able to take pictures of the incident before any PCs were ever thrown out the window.

No, he doesn't live in the same apartment (they are not still roommates), he lives in the same apartment building. Though it does seem odd that she gets free electricity in her apartment while he has to pay for his in the same building.
The whole thread is a bit weird though. I mean at the bottom of his initial post he states "and please, no comments attacking my ex." WTF!!! You're going to start a thread about your ex throwing computers from the 14th floor, post pictures and then tell people not to comment on what a crazy-assed bitch she is?
