Tom's weight is on the leg that's off the curb - there's 4 inches, Katie is wearing 2-2.5 inch heels, so thats a total of at least 6 inches, which would put them at about the same height. And a quick Google search shows he's two inches shorter naturally. And his heels are at least an inch...
