    For women who want to exercise their pelvic floor muscles, you can do Kegel exercises (look it up on Wikipedia). Get yourself some Ben Wa balls (look it up on Wikipedia) instead of just shoving random glass orbs into yourself like that woman did. They come with a nice string so you can get them out of you easily if you push them up too far.
