Man crashes car... then shoots up with heroin

thedailyjournal.com — According to a police report, Kilkenny said he was driving east on Landis Avenue while using a cell phone and was not paying attention to the road. He said he is a heroin addict and injected the drug because he was afraid police would search his car.
