    Anyway, people were tougher back then. They didn't worry about poisoning from nickel leeched out of stainless steel due to prolonged exposure to organic acids! They were MEN!

    Titanium IS body friendly. They use it in surgery to screw your body back together when you need a new hip, etc. . They use is in dentistry. I have part of a broken titanium file in my jaw left from a root canal. Doctors say it's perfectly safe and it's unnnecessary to remove. I doubt stainless is any safer. You point was pointless.

    Take a trip to your local ghetto and you'll see plenty of brothas with teeth made of stainless steel (although they will claim it's platinum), gold and teeth with diamond insets.

    This old white dude set a trend for the urban black youth. I guess that makes up for us stealing blues, jazz and rock and roll.

    no it's not. titanium is the most bioinert metal known. there are 4931248124 different types of stainless, and they all contain iron. which is bioactive.

    stainless is good, and before they had sweet pure titanium and sweet alloys, it was great.

    but now we have better.
