Man Banned By Court From Girlfriend's Home After Noisy Sex

      Assholes like this aren't unlikely. I had a roommate in m Freshman year of college whom I denied room-for-sex privileges because I had to be up early for class, had a lot of work to get done, and needed sleep. (up to 4AM I would get kept up on these occasions). What happened? The bastard had sex in his bed, while I was trying to fall asleep. Needless to say, he never did that particular stunt again.

        We make really no noise. Perhaps watch a movie and yes sometimes those have those moments where even you have to turn it down for a second. Or have sex yes. Can get loud.

        But seriously, the lady that lives below us is just a lonely fat bitch and has nothing better to do but complain every time someone makes a peep.

        There is no reason for the courts to step in on this. Don't like it. Move. I'm sure the other neighbors are enjoying themselves.

Loud sex when you KNOW other people can hear it is very rude and pretentious. After reading the details, I'd have to side with the courts. Living in an apartment works both ways.
        You must respect other people's right to do what they please, but also not cross the line yourself.

        Honestly I wouldn't go to the courts, though. I'd have some fun of my own like jamming gum in their mail box, downloading all the Rammstein, Barry Manilow, Daft Punk, Moody Blues, Nine Inch Nails, and gay porn I could with multiple sub-woofers faced down or taped to the ceiling/wall, depending on what neighbor they are, on full blast in the afternoon when you know they are sleeping when wifey has taken the kid for a walk, etc.

      No one is saying that they expect complete silence from their neighbors. But that doesn't mean that any and all noises, at any and all hours, are reasonable.

Just like in michigan it takes about 3 months to evict someone, well it used to a while back.

    Well there's the problem - no defensible property rights. This is a good reason why there shouldn't be 'publicly owned' homes.
