I would expect women to have an orgasm far less that 50% of the time. You can't really make a woman orgasm a hundred percent of the time, but a considerate lover can easily get a good 80-90%. Among college students, I'd say that random drunken penetration has more than a little to do with this figure, but I don't find it in the least surprising, most men, especially of college age, are too caught up in thinking that they are king of the world to consider whether or not their partner is enjoying the encounter as much as they are.
