Lottery Winner Offers To Sell Ticket, Robs Buyer

cbs5.com — A lottery winner who claimed he needed money for a family emergency convinced a Fremont man to withdraw funds in exchange for his ticket but ended up robbing him of both cash and the lottery stub, the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office reported Tuesday.
