There are some basic human rules we've developed, such as "don't be sexual with a human who isn't of the age or who doesn't have the capacity to reason", but besides that, doesn't perversion depend on one's personal perspective of sex?

          And to link that with the sex-crazed preteens, if they're repressed as children, being taught that sex is wrong, etc, then they are more likely to want to break free during adolescence, which is all about testing authority and establishing an identity apart from the parents.

          So, I think personal view of perversion does affect how sex-crazed kids are.

          PS: I'm not saying that pre-teens should have sex. It's more like the opposite. Kids should be well informed and I think that most will make smart choices.
