Lexus dealer screws customer
clublexus.com — A Chicago-area Lexus dealership charged a customer $500 for a Park Assist option and installed a $60 rip-off version of the OEM part that looked absolutely horrible. The dealership now refuses to make things right and replace the rear bumper of the brand new car.
