- benroy, on 01/21/2008, -19/+164Your Mom is the largest land vehicle...ever.
- inactive, on 01/21/2008, -0/+69Here's some facts and more pictures:
http://www.ashokforums.com/forums/cars/largest-lan ... - Hellman109, on 01/21/2008, -0/+64FYI its an open cut mining machine, there are a fair few pics around, but those scoops each are bigger then a bulldozer (I remember some pics with a bulldozer completly in one). It also crushes everything in its wake, and will be transported to godzilla sightings to fight it as required...
- Remccs, on 01/21/2008, -4/+55robot wars champion... forever
- compuclean, on 01/21/2008, -5/+49"I've know idea what it does...."
*ahem... "I've NO idea what it does..." *ahem... - joshuaer, on 01/21/2008, -1/+26The new Hummer XXXL with road rage attachments!
- FlashX83, on 01/21/2008, -0/+24Actually, that's not correct.
The NASA Crawler WAS the largest land vehicle when it was produced in 1977. It was surpassed by this machine, however, and is now only the second largest.

- ReverendRodger, on 01/21/2008, -12/+22No idea what it does?
It diggs.
... get it? - orangerust, on 01/21/2008, -5/+13no, but it would be an epic battle if those two went at it.
- FlashX83, on 01/21/2008, -0/+8Man, I sure would be pissed if my brand new, $100m shovel was already rusted when they delivered it.
- 10goto10, on 01/21/2008, -2/+9I see a large crane-guy on his back, ROFL'ing. (Head left, arms and legs right)
- Ryan2845, on 01/21/2008, -0/+7http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bucket-wheel_excavato ...
- bestoss, on 01/21/2008, -5/+12Its the largest crane/mining machine, but isnt the nasa crawler the biggest land vechile ever, it carriers the space shuttle and lauch pad to the launching area
- graemee, on 01/21/2008, -4/+10PIC is SO old, 4chan had run out of shops for it.
- Qumahlin, on 01/21/2008, -2/+8You sir are a jackass. Quite frankly if Digg only posted stuff thats never been seen on the site before most of Digg would be empty.
- Skitals, on 01/21/2008, -0/+6From space: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=garzweiler ...
- 89vision, on 01/21/2008, -0/+6How fast you think I could get that going on the autobahn?
- ieataquacrayons, on 01/21/2008, -3/+8I would like to see action shots either digging earth, social networking sites, or fighting monsters....
- hansk, on 01/21/2008, -4/+9cloverfield monster = giant rock flayer
- Radan, on 01/21/2008, -0/+5Imagine trying to find a parking spot for that thing though.
- drakenlot, on 01/21/2008, -0/+5or simply read 5 threads up.
- inactive, on 01/21/2008, -1/+6*Facepalm*
- crash331, on 01/21/2008, -0/+5The Crawler-transporter for the space shuttle is still the largest tracked vehicle that is self powered.
This is a Bagger 288, which has external power.

- BrokenVisage, on 01/21/2008, -1/+5Has to be one of the first..
- GlassCalx, on 01/21/2008, -0/+4Ya, that's what I was thinking too. Whoever made it was obviously figuring on biggering and biggering and it looks like it was designed to harvest truffula trees.
- inactive, on 01/21/2008, -1/+5imagine robot wars, but that scale
- OrangeCrush, on 01/21/2008, -0/+4The crawlers *were* the largest Land Vehicle ever, until this beast was built. However, since this excavator requires external power and carries no load beyond itself, the crawlers remain the largest *self powered* land vehicles ever.

Get it? ^_^ - Rickler, on 01/21/2008, -0/+3It diggs coal and is in germany. It was on mega machines or w/e the show was called
- inactive, on 01/21/2008, -1/+4Yep, and I believe the original title was better.
Something along the lines of 'Biggest Digger in the world'. - adml_shake, on 01/21/2008, -0/+3"Sir, the Ron Moore burrito delivery system has arrived"
- drakenlot, on 01/21/2008, -2/+5no, needs more cowbell!
- Glenndo, on 01/21/2008, -0/+3I'm pretty sure the mobile G.I. Joe base was bigger.
- sam3, on 01/21/2008, -0/+3How many times do people need to say 'OLD!' ? We get it, it's been on here before...get over it.
On another note, this is pretty cool, and though it might not be, it does look bigger than the NASA Crawler. - ItsMyWii, on 01/21/2008, -0/+3Sure it's safe, but how many highway miles does it get?
- cawpin, on 01/21/2008, -0/+2Um, no. Do some research.
- dougmc, on 01/21/2008, -0/+2Caption? `nom nom nom nom nom ...'
