- MuffinPatrol, on 11/02/2009, -5/+51You have completed Bill Clinton statue! It adds +1 : ) and 10% culture in your city.
- jhollida, on 11/01/2009, -17/+58Way to go Bill, choke on it Republicans.
- inactive, on 11/02/2009, -6/+36Damn, how often does a president get to live to see statues of himself erected in foreign countries*?
*That he didn't conquer - WordsnCollision, on 11/01/2009, -3/+28Buried beneath mountains of thrown shoes?
- wannarto, on 11/01/2009, -4/+27Wow! It looks like Bill Clinton. Unlike Washington Monument that looks nothing like George Washington.
- boogerthecat, on 11/02/2009, -7/+29Bush is quite popular in Africa where his efforts to get AIDS drugs to people that need them has been well received.
- whatthefu, on 11/02/2009, -3/+21It's a great thing to see other countries genuinely appreciating our president, Democrat or Republican.
- albi123, on 11/02/2009, -6/+21Thats what you say from the comfort of your safe home, probably living in some wealthy American city. Having friends who escaped from the Kosovo massacres I've heard all their stories. My friend's entire family, including uncles, cousins, everyone were shot in the head by Serbian soldiers, he was shot in the head as well but miraculously survived in the hospital, and he has the scars to prove it. You say all this bs from the comfort of your home having never experienced any of this conflict, but if you were in the centre of this conflict, you'd have a much different opinion.
- twiztidsinz, on 11/02/2009, -2/+17I wish you were a pigeon so I could feed you rice.
- LeonDiggsby, on 11/01/2009, -13/+26Countdown to the "See!! He's anti-Amurrican!!" trainwreck...
- gcnaddict, on 11/02/2009, -0/+11Given how hot Martha likely was, I'm guessing the Washington Monument is probably representative of the factor involved in attracting her to him.
http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/bizarre/624554 ... with regards to Martha likely being hot. - nurbsenvi, on 11/02/2009, -8/+17Well deserved.
- jmbrill81, on 11/02/2009, -1/+7By your logic shouldn't we cease relations with Germany?
- richito, on 11/02/2009, -1/+6san francisco still has a sewage treatment plan... needs a name... rhyming with tush...
- wkrausmann, on 11/02/2009, -0/+5Where's George H.W. Bush's statue in Kuwait City?
- alboi, on 11/02/2009, -0/+5You are a pigeon.
- alboi, on 11/02/2009, -1/+6Kosovar girl...
- dmanmax99, on 11/02/2009, -3/+8http://theinfosphere.org/images/f/f8/Clinton_Monum ...
- HenryKillinger, on 11/02/2009, -1/+6Man, we sure as hell better punish the children of the people who lived under that guy, huh? I mean what would happen if we let them grow up?
- Crimeodial, on 11/02/2009, -1/+6Nor do they have many now.
- wkrausmann, on 11/02/2009, -1/+5Surely, the Bush that liberated Kuwait could have deserved his own statue.
- cuervoman914, on 11/02/2009, -2/+6a little sour, are ya? im telling you guys, these repubs, for being SOOOO ***** american and all that *****, cannot take sight of a good american because hes a ***** DEMOCRAT. get over it.
- PolarBearFire, on 11/02/2009, -3/+7Here's a guy who knows how to pull out.
Seriously, this was the last war that was prosecuted with any sense. It wasn't perfect, but at least we don't have hundreds of thousands of our troops there. - URnotheonly1, on 11/02/2009, -12/+15anyone ever find 200000 mass graves?
- RATNIK, on 11/02/2009, -3/+6it was too much work to photoshop
- visars, on 11/02/2009, -2/+5Make all the jokes you want but can you remember a better time in modern US history then when he was president !!!
- seledoux, on 11/02/2009, -0/+3wow, thanks for the link! i had no idea..
- TheRedeemer, on 11/02/2009, -1/+4Just like Bill Clinton to have a stiff.
- Danial, on 11/02/2009, -2/+5Didn't the Croats murder more Serbs during WW2? Go back to torching Dubrovnik.
- Nedd8, on 11/02/2009, -1/+3Yep. Never let an opportunity to bomb people go to waste.
- URnotheonly1, on 11/02/2009, -0/+2Oh ya, and Bill went around the UN on this one....
- zebulonSWE, on 11/02/2009, -1/+3Yep, and who cares?
Why do people in the US care so much about who is f**cking who? - Janv1er, on 11/02/2009, -2/+4Isn't Kosovo in the hands of the UN now? I wouldn't erect a statue of the foreign leader who did that to my country..
- AmazingSteve, on 11/02/2009, -2/+4And the world continues to humiliate Junior and his Administration. Nice legacy.
- jmbrill81, on 11/02/2009, -0/+1Yeah, because Tomislav Nikolic would have been a fantastic choice... Oh wait, you sound like a fan of murderous ultra-nationalism...
- fanzining, on 11/02/2009, -1/+2good
- mishabear, on 11/02/2009, -0/+1Certainly better than the 8 years following them. It's hard to blow a good "lead" like that but Bush Jr. managed to mismanage the US like he did all his other business ventures. I wish the old-time Republicans could take the party back again. I miss the logic and reasoning and common sense! Reagan ruined the party and it hasn't been the same since.
- URnotheonly1, on 11/02/2009, -0/+1Northern Iraq
- mishabear, on 11/02/2009, -0/+1Is that 200,000 mass graves or is that 200,000 people in mass graves? All you need is ONE mass grave with 200,000 people in it.
- mishabear, on 11/02/2009, -0/+111 feet? That means if Monica stands in front of it...her head would be about....OH! She won't have to bend over this time!
- jhollida, on 11/02/2009, -0/+1Hey man, like wow, dude, the Republicans have been blaming everything on Bill Clinton for 16 of the last 17 years. He certainly had his personal faults but he was a great president that lead our country to the greatest prosperity in this generation and he was a true world leader as evidenced by the honor they show him with this statue. Now Obama has taken Clinton's place as the Republicans target and the hatred that spewed from the Republicans when he won the Nobel Peace Prize was tremendous.
No, sorry mannnn, as long as the Republican blowhards keep up their attacks I will take my opportunities to dish it back. You can be Mr Cool, turn the other cheek kind of guy if you want and I'll even respect you for it but don't tell me to take the blinders off you sanctimonious little prick. Why don't you peddle your message to Bill OReilly, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Glen Beck to see if their buying it? Listen to what they're saying for a while and then you can put your rainbow colored glasses back on and pretend that we are all getting along and everything is good. - Abscess2, on 11/02/2009, -0/+1It has been almost a year since Bush was in office. Its time to move on.
- Pixelante, on 11/02/2009, -2/+3You can't make ***** (kosovo) turn more ***** than it already is.
- RATNIK, on 11/02/2009, -1/+2Well at least we still didn't have to deal with worrying whether our next president will be a 70 year old airhead backed up by a super conservative/religious bitch who still believes dinosaur went extinct 6,000 years ago. I think I'd take the Gulag over being ruled by such... ahhh I can't even think of a demeaning enough word...
It is shame to me to see so many people in this country who have potential for intellect get easily influenced by the cheapest tactic used by the media. U.S. fights wars with media, and from my perspective of being on the ground during the '99 bombing, I can tell you that what the majority of news reports isn't true; but then again, if I need to point that out...
I would be ashamed to be an American after the last elections... this is all a big ***** joke...this country needs to feel war on its homeland before its sanity will return... - Abscess2, on 11/02/2009, -0/+1But dont place it to close to a housing zone.
- lbzfoxracingsmp, on 11/02/2009, -0/+1not just in the "US" cheaters suck
- Pixelante, on 11/02/2009, -2/+3Germans at least are good engineers. Albanians are only good for target practice.
- Pixelante, on 11/02/2009, -2/+3They didn't do a good job, since you're still alive and can even afford an internet connection.
- Abscess2, on 11/02/2009, -1/+2Dude, you need to lay off the hate man. This has notrhing to do with Reps and Dems. Kosovo built a statue of one of our presidents in honor of what we did for them.
And you make this a Rep/dem thing?
You need to take the blinders off. -
