- peterlisanti, on 06/13/2009, -0/+39Tell me you weren't thinking Hasselhoff when you saw that elephant at 1:30
- Nantel, on 06/13/2009, -0/+27Must be heaven for the lions too. Easy prey with a slightly pickled aftertaste.
- Biks, on 06/13/2009, -0/+24Editor in the control room: "Damn, this drunk animal footage needs something extra to push it over the top....I know! Wacky sound effects!"
- Hue1, on 06/13/2009, -0/+23There isn't one moment of this that isn't funny.
- scecilio, on 06/13/2009, -0/+21English version without the racy ads. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypXJaLQXKQk
- RothenbergXXX, on 06/12/2009, -0/+15Oh, the music!
- ezyeric, on 06/13/2009, -2/+16Yep, we evolved from monkeys.
- austinharding, on 06/13/2009, -0/+14Someone should have cut the elephant off... He couldn't stand up but was still reaching for more. Did they even bother to card?
- Gibletoid, on 06/13/2009, -0/+11And with no water to wash it down, they should all have a nice hangover the next morning, with nothing but more fruit to eat.
Hair of the dog, elephant, monkey, giraffe,... - inactive, on 06/13/2009, -5/+16I like the part where the animals got drunk.
- Vodd9, on 06/13/2009, -0/+10What ads?
- Wesside, on 06/13/2009, -0/+9Apparently some people still view ads on the internet.
- ripple123, on 06/13/2009, -0/+7thoroughly marinated you mean.
- marx2k, on 06/13/2009, -0/+6Did not make that video more enjoyable :/ I wonder if that's what drunk French people hear in their minds
- eanbowman, on 06/13/2009, -0/+6Animals Are Beautiful People http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0071143/
- Ciryon, on 06/13/2009, -0/+5Those monkeys reminds me of british people on holiday
- CaptSnuffy, on 06/13/2009, -0/+5From this documentary: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animals_Are_Beautiful ...
- H3llr41s3r, on 06/13/2009, -0/+5That elephant was totally smashed and still eating some more, now that's a wild alcohol problem.
- inactive, on 06/13/2009, -0/+4Someone get that editor a freakin' medal.
- meed, on 06/13/2009, -0/+3years ago in the 80's I remember watching a similar documentary in Elementry school with a similar scene. And yes it was in English, but I can not remember the title or much of anything else in the show besides this scene and where a bushman traps a money, feeds him a nearly deadly amount of salt, and forces him to lead his to a source of water.
- pimuni, on 06/13/2009, -0/+3haha, this reminds me of Elephants on Parade from Dumbo
- nosliwm, on 06/13/2009, -0/+3Did this remind anyone else of college?
- termerjur, on 06/13/2009, -0/+3hickup! `*O.o*`

another link just in case for whatever reason you loath youtube - avance70, on 06/13/2009, -0/+3old, but very fun to see again
- hypografik, on 06/13/2009, -0/+2Tous bourrés!
- eanbowman, on 06/13/2009, -0/+2Actually the english version of this documentary showed them having an awful morning the next day if I remember correctly. It's been a few years since someone showed it to me.
- pimpofpixels, on 06/13/2009, -0/+2Can a monkey get a 'hang over'?
- cntlscrut, on 06/13/2009, -0/+2this same footage was used in an old episode of mst3k, "Overdrawn at the Memory Bank" with the late, great Raul Julia.
- Rockonthelawn, on 06/13/2009, -1/+2The monkey at 2:58 is wondering what happened last night
- banny2021, on 06/13/2009, -2/+3a drunk elephant...
sweeet - rjshatz, on 06/13/2009, -3/+4Buried as inaccurate. It's SAVANNAH alcohol.
- NeddieSeagoon, on 06/13/2009, -0/+1I saw that too! The bushman caught the monkey by carving a hole in the side of a tree and putting some nuts in it. The hole was just the right size that the monkey could reach in, but couldn't get its hand out again without dropping the nuts - which of course it didn't have enough sense to do.
- buddamus, on 06/13/2009, -1/+2Reminds me of Dumbo
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6nwNPaYoTY8 - DiscoUnderpants, on 06/13/2009, -1/+2But don't do anything cliched OK! You know like if a fruit falling on a monkeys head don't make a boinking sound. I hate stuff like that!
- Heman1, on 06/13/2009, -0/+1"The Gods must be crazy", part two, is the movie I believe. The original and part two are epic movies well worth seeing again. The clip from this one shown, I think, is called "Animals are wonderful people"
- PanthusDire, on 06/13/2009, -0/+1The monkey's macking at the end were funny. Slutty monkey. Gets rid of the inhibitions.
- eanbowman, on 06/15/2009, -0/+1Thanks for digging my comment with the IMDB entry but if you actually read the wiki about this movie, "Animals Are Beautiful People (aka Beautiful People) is a 1974 nature documentary about the wildlife in Southern Africa."
So why did you bury my OP? XD - Smills, on 06/13/2009, -0/+1I'd say so, yes.
- ttam, on 06/14/2009, -0/+1that was a great episode.
- PhobosDeimos, on 06/14/2009, -0/+1And it doesn't look like we've come far.
- paperclipsNsoup, on 06/15/2009, -0/+1I like youtube, its the only streaming video IT hasn't blocked (And oddly enough said they never will)
- Vodd9, on 06/13/2009, -0/+1And WE had alcohol prohibition?
- StarDust13, on 06/14/2009, -0/+0Been there, done that .......
- inactive, on 06/13/2009, -1/+1Me too. It was titled Animals Are Beautiful People. I literally ROFLd while watching it, although I didn't know at the time it was called ROFLing.
- eanbowman, on 06/13/2009, -2/+2I've actually watched this documentary in English. It's called The Beautiful People.
- Sejes89, on 06/13/2009, -1/+1Isn't this the best animal documentary ever?!?! I'm going ape over this!
- makkaveli19, on 06/13/2009, -1/+1why the ***** would you loathe youtube?
- Tubbles, on 06/13/2009, -1/+1Jungle Juice!
- partyboobytrap, on 06/13/2009, -0/+0Oh man I wish it was sped up with the Benny Hill theme.
