Jay-Z Shutting Down The Streets Of New York For The Kids
nmyhood.com — Jay-Z along with NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg have joined forces with Transportation Commissioner Janette Sadik-Khan to announce the kickoff of Summer Streets, a pilot program that will close seven miles of city streets running from the Brooklyn Bridge to Central Park. Jay-Z, an avid bicyclist, was on hand to promote the initiative.
