It should be harder to escape from jail. - Licurgo, on 03/08/2009, -2/+80free meals,a bed, his boyfriend...

- thegrantman, on 03/08/2009, -1/+36He saw the economy....
- bonk2k, on 03/08/2009, -2/+24Breaking out of jail to steal cigarettes that will improve your life in jail > not being in jail anymore?
- Couchy, on 03/08/2009, -1/+19You've been watching too much Shawshank son. You don't get institutionalized at 25.
- tractordriver88, on 03/08/2009, -0/+16I know a guy at work that claimed he liked it in jail.
Cable TV, got to go out and do community service, workout gym, free food, no wife to nag him...
Good for him, but I'd rather work and buy that stuff for myself. - Cloud7654, on 03/08/2009, -1/+17The officers should be charged with aiding a convict.
- ajcates, on 03/08/2009, -3/+12Since when did the AP become The Onion?
- serv, on 03/08/2009, -2/+11Someone watched way too many Hogan's Heros episodes.
- GovernmentsGun, on 03/08/2009, -0/+8He could sell each of those packs for $20 a piece on the inside, if not more.
- tractordriver88, on 03/08/2009, -1/+9They charge him for jailbreak? Come on! I'd probably cut him a break just because he was man enough to come back.
- maqikelefant, on 03/08/2009, -1/+8Gives him one hell of a story to tell. "Yeah, I got bored with jail one day so I decided to walk down to the corner store and get some cigs...for some reason they were kinda pissed when I got back though."
- Naryuu, on 03/08/2009, -2/+9you're doing it wrong
- FelixDrylock, on 03/08/2009, -0/+6because he was only in for possession and probation violation. Probably a year or two. If he just escapes he's looking at a lot more. Now I'm sure he's *****, though. If he was in for murder or some violent crime, he obviously wouldn't have came back. but then again, he'd have been in a max security prison, so the point is moot.
- FelixDrylock, on 03/08/2009, -1/+6considering the charges, it's probably a minimum security prison. I'm guessing there aren't any people convicted of violent crimes in there.
- twiztidsinz, on 03/08/2009, -1/+6I see NOTHING! I know NOTHING!
- kyle90, on 03/08/2009, -1/+6This is some Michael Scofield *****.
- FelixDrylock, on 03/08/2009, -0/+5no, he was in for minor charges. Escaping would have been much worse than staying in jail for another year. Now he's ***** though.
- OrangeTide, on 03/08/2009, -1/+5no surprise that inmates would rather stay in prison than try to escape.
- Thorpe, on 03/08/2009, -1/+5I guess this guy really does feel at home now.
- phyx726, on 03/08/2009, -0/+4May I use the restroom?
- adamh9999, on 03/08/2009, -0/+4if you get into the system at an early age....say 15 or so in juvy, you can easily be institutionalized by the time your 25. i've seen it many times
- inactive, on 03/08/2009, -0/+3Well actually, it's more like $20 per stick if cigarettes are banned.
- FelixDrylock, on 03/08/2009, -1/+4cancer sticks = money, if you're in prison. You can't sneak Asian women into jail and sell them.
- ethant87, on 03/09/2009, -0/+3Ok, you guys come up with a plan to bust outta here, I'm gonna grab some cigs.
- eanbowman, on 03/08/2009, -1/+4You've tried? :D
- tribowl, on 03/08/2009, -0/+3Talk about a responsible smoker... kind of... at least he tried to get back in
- inactive, on 03/08/2009, -0/+2I wonder if he even got to smoke one...
- intellimouse, on 03/08/2009, -1/+3I lol'd
- DonCreech, on 03/08/2009, -3/+5Seriously, just give the guy a couple packs of smokes. Inmates should be able to blacken their lungs with the best of society.
- BrianD2, on 03/08/2009, -0/+2Yeah I don't think he escaped jail to load up on cigarettes too often, he needed to stock up.
- Skibadoweebop, on 03/09/2009, -0/+2Give him a break! dude just wanted some cigarettes.
- phyx726, on 03/08/2009, -0/+2its only about 20 comments above you dude
- inactive, on 03/08/2009, -5/+6Another reason to quit smoking
- flawlessjess, on 03/08/2009, -1/+2because the real world was worse?
- ethant87, on 03/09/2009, -0/+1Because he got the cigs!!!
What could be more important than cigs in prison? - Nicoon, on 03/08/2009, -1/+2Sounds incredibly shawshank to me
- disgruntledgoat, on 03/08/2009, -2/+3Poor guy, locked up for drug possession and breaking parol (probably by a couple of cops who were harrassing him) just wanted some ciggies.
- inactive, on 03/08/2009, -4/+5Can they charge him with breaking an entering
- isiz, on 03/08/2009, -0/+1In prison you're lucky to get a cigarette, even luckier if it wasnt snuck in up someones ass.
- MarkusX, on 03/08/2009, -0/+1If he wasn't so dumb, the situation would remind me of an old Jim Belushi movie called "Taking Care Of Business".
- inactive, on 03/08/2009, -0/+1Weeaboo.
