- jimbod, on 04/12/2009, -7/+63This is obviously scripted with terrible actors. There is no way that was real. BURIED!
- Kardde, on 04/12/2009, -2/+48That's quite possibly the stupidest thing I've ever watched.
- CapeKid, on 04/12/2009, -2/+48This seems fake, anybody would drop the shtick once the repo men came. Even Patton Oswald's character in Reno 911 doesn't take it this far. Viral advertising for the program would be my guess.
- jboitnott, on 04/11/2009, -3/+40There are so many classic lines in this one I don't know where to go but to rank them.
4.) "The princess is insulted!"
3.) "Have at thee unless you value your life!"
2.) "You shall not take my #@%ping steed sir!"
1.) "Is that any way to treat a princess?!" - CeruleanRed, on 04/12/2009, -3/+40Fake.
- inactive, on 04/12/2009, -1/+30"I am known by that name in your realm"
- inactive, on 04/11/2009, -3/+28"Is that any way to treat a princess?"
- bixby1, on 04/11/2009, -4/+28Wow, this takes family douchebaggery to shocking new heights.
- smindsrt, on 04/11/2009, -2/+22LOL... freaking weenies lay down their fake weapons.
- Zcarp, on 04/12/2009, -1/+21This seems fake. I want proof. It was funny. But I don't believe it.
- mrgeekguy, on 04/12/2009, -2/+19Operation Repo is faker that *****. My cousin does this for a living, and 90% of the time he has no contact with the person he is repoing the vehicle from. Also, if there is any confrontation with the person he is trying to repo a vehicle from, he leaves the scene, he doesn't want cops there, because they will always side with the person that is getting their ***** repo'd, most of the time the don't want to call and check to see if his repo is legit.

"The team is often confronted by actors portraying the real-life vehicles' owners, occasionally with prop weapons." - inactive, on 04/12/2009, -0/+15This is just as real as reno 911.
- PamalaLauren, on 04/12/2009, -1/+14Damnit Todd! What are we going to do TODD?!
- okayokayokay, on 04/12/2009, -0/+12That was so fake. This is the real thing:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_ekugPKqFw - absentmindedjwc, on 04/12/2009, -0/+10with many hard to explain papercuts?
- chpipes, on 04/12/2009, -2/+12yeah all those classic lines were thought up in some writers basement in LA
- mgraham80, on 04/12/2009, -0/+10It's true, the law is that you can't repo a vehicle if doing so would "disturb the peace." So even if the owner threatened violence with a mere plastic sword, you would have to high-tail it out of there.
- jimbod, on 04/12/2009, -0/+9Ha, good find. It's ironic that it airs on TruTV. What a bunch of ass clowns.
- deboerpa, on 04/12/2009, -1/+10Seriously, why would they follow someone to the middle of nowhere then repo their car?
- slainbyte, on 04/12/2009, -0/+8Operation Repo is a cable television series which airs on the cable channel truTV in English while the Spanish language version is shown in Los Angeles. "Operation Repo" follows a real repossession team from the San Fernando Valley in California as they re-enact the repossession of vehicles ordered for recovery by finance companies due to owners' lack of payments. The team is often confronted by actors portraying the real-life vehicles' owners, occasionally with prop weapons.
- mlvassallo, on 04/12/2009, -0/+8This is so ***** staged. That whole Repo show is staged. "Tru" TV my ass. I know they say they are "reenactments" but I don't think these situations even happen to begin with.
- moofree, on 04/12/2009, -0/+8Should have just thrown rocks at them yelling "LIGHTNING BOLT!"
- IAmTheGuy, on 04/12/2009, -5/+12Does this mean they had to call their parents to come pick them up?
- avaugha4, on 04/12/2009, -0/+7Exactly, no repo man would follow someone to middle of the woods and strand them there to do a repo. That's a surefire way to make someone violent.
- dankers, on 04/12/2009, -2/+9"Is this one of those Dungeon and Dragon Games?"
knight : "How dare you sir!"
"im gonna shove that thing up your" - Walker2323, on 04/12/2009, -0/+6Seriously, does anyone actually think that this was NOT set up by the show's producers? Come on.
- noahtron, on 04/12/2009, -2/+7hey i credit them for not breaking character
- leif777, on 04/12/2009, -4/+8Those 2 dudes were idiots. "It was like... doing a comic book". How does one "do" a comic book?
- MasterGrief, on 04/12/2009, -0/+4I love the seriousness of that line.
How dare you, sir. - avaugha4, on 04/12/2009, -0/+4Yeah how did they find them in the middle of the Woods? That makes no sense at all.
- Brassbud, on 04/12/2009, -1/+5Meh, I would have been using real weapons, dispatched of those two guys and taken the truck, that was a nice truck.
- Technopundit, on 04/12/2009, -0/+3A lot of that show is set-up. But it's a great show. You can't tell which parts are faked. It's kinda like Wrestling, or Trinity Broadcasting...
- byrdboy, on 04/12/2009, -0/+3And lasers. Lots of lasers.
Occasionally they fight with mining lasers if you catch them at a bad time. - inactive, on 04/12/2009, -0/+3How come there are no black characters?
- brundlefly76, on 04/12/2009, -0/+3Not only was it completely set-up, it is almost exactly like a similar (supposed-to-be-fake) skit on Reno 911.
So, not only completely fake, but not even an original idea.
I especualli ylike how they conveniently had everyone fighting *right next to* the car to be repo'd - like these kids would drive out to the woods, just to enact their cosplay right next to their parking space. None of it makes sense. - carter1337, on 04/12/2009, -0/+2lol dugg. don't know why people are hating on this fine comment.
- anonymousmedic, on 04/12/2009, -1/+3I guess when an EVE Player gets repo'd, they respond with explosives and automatic weapons fire then.
- Princeamor, on 04/12/2009, -0/+2Did you have to ruin it for me?
- Pyrofool, on 04/12/2009, -0/+2+1 to archiving.
- Khast, on 04/12/2009, -0/+2(Live Action Role Players) for those not in the loop.
- chrishavel, on 04/12/2009, -2/+4Truly skilled at cutting-n-pasting the Wikipedia text.
- ForwardBias, on 04/12/2009, -3/+5OMG!! Dwight Schrute's future children!!!
... and maybe one or two of Andy's kids. - inactive, on 04/12/2009, -0/+2why would they break character?
...oh right you think its real. - Technopundit, on 04/12/2009, -0/+2The life of a repo man is always intense.
- ForwardBias, on 04/12/2009, -0/+2Sadly racial equality has not yet reached the lands of middle earth.
- hydr, on 04/11/2009, -6/+7That was truly hilarious.
- inactive, on 04/12/2009, -1/+2more importantly how the ***** would the repo men know where they where larping....oh followed...still thought it was a reno 911 skit...
- guinpen, on 04/13/2009, -0/+1as in, re-enacting parts of a comic book. did he insult your nerdiness with his lack of proper explanation?
