- sockpuppets, on 11/27/2007, -8/+307Oh I bet this video and the Arizona Police officials are going to find each other real soon. I doubt it's that difficult to find out who the driver is.
- domokunt, on 11/27/2007, -19/+291Darwin was sleeping
- diggit83, on 11/27/2007, -68/+293Dont be jealous. Most of you put the public in more danger every day with alcohol, kids, cellphones, and food while driving even at the speed limit in a 6000lbs SUV/truck. Hes enjoying the money he spent, he waited for an hour with the least traffic to do this.

Hypocritical - vervalsing, on 11/27/2007, -27/+250If I had a car like that I would probably drive it crazy speeds late at night in Arizona too.
- ultimathule, on 11/27/2007, -40/+218I don't care what anybody says: that was ***** awesome.
- inactive, on 08/26/2008, -26/+193Definitely photoshopped.
- Frei, on 11/27/2007, -4/+154Yeah he's screwed there can't be many registered Lamborghini Murcielago LP640's, especially in the god awful paint job.
- statik99, on 11/03/2009, -3/+103At 219 you're way past a simple ticket... that's jail time.
- neoform, on 11/27/2007, -8/+100He passed a couple of cars.. That's more than 'NOBODY'.
- airmaster, on 11/27/2007, -10/+95I almost got destroyed by someone doing this when I was bringing my newborn daughter home from the hospital. Lucky for me, the driver swerved, just missed me, hit a tree, tore his car in half, and was killed instantly.
Good enough reason maybe? - Neem, on 11/27/2007, -8/+92na, a hummer means a small penis, a lambo means he was a fat kid.
- geneticlemon, on 11/27/2007, -54/+135What. A *****. Moron.
- greenlight2001, on 11/27/2007, -4/+77Car make and model (pretty unique), narrowed down by color, and visit people at home, honing in on nasally voice... TICKET, BITCH!
- bbcountach, on 11/27/2007, -1/+71apparently he spent all of his money on the car and couldn't afford a buddy that was good enough to hold the camera still.
- whataboutdave, on 11/27/2007, -11/+80Stock speedos often overestimate. I don't doubt he was going absurdly fast, but to hold this up as a hard "record" is kind of silly.
- rockrapdude, on 11/27/2007, -2/+70But using CSI software i can find the face and sharpen it up 20000x without a problem!
- tfletch, on 11/27/2007, -10/+75someone's a car guy and JEALOUS!
- jcaino, on 11/27/2007, -2/+61i'm pretty sure the speedo on this and other über-cars are fairly accurate.
- Wugie, on 11/27/2007, -10/+65Nick Hogan?
- bumcheekcity, on 11/27/2007, -17/+71Balls? Yes. Cool? Undoubtably. But then, if he'd had a blowout, and shashed into your daughters car, or your mom's car, or your friends car, there's pretty much a 100% chance that everyone in that collision would be dead. And then you wouldn't be sitting at their funeral going "WEWT THIS GUY IZ KEWL !!111one", you'd be alightly less elated.
He said he didn't see that guy that braked before him, and he was travelling at just a shade under 100m/s. Let's remember here, F1 drivers lose control of cars, some of the best drivers in the world. Just because it was a relatively empty (not completely empty) road, doesnt mean he could have controlled it under a problematic circumstance.
I drive a 10-year old Ford Fiesta, and I have no doubt, if I owned a Lambo, that I'd probably open it up a little on a quiet motorway.
Long and short of it? I hope he gets arrested. He clearly couldn't see or concentrate on the other cars, he said that, and one minor problem at 200+ mph, and he'd have killed himself, his friend, and probably another car full of people. Interestingly, when he blinked at top speed, he travelled approximately 30-40 meters. If he sneezed, probably 150. - chuckDontSurf, on 11/27/2007, -3/+55Videotaping this crime spree is the best idea we ever had!
- Dokument, on 11/27/2007, -5/+51None of those are actual sentences but I still dugg you up.
- floodyberry, on 11/27/2007, -3/+46Other than nearly all Germans not driving at 200mph like Americans seem to think they do (general traffic is usually around 80-100mph), there are other factors like the roads being designed for higher speeds and well observed standards of how to drive on the autobahn. German drivers, for the most part, only pass on the left and stay in the right lane unless they are going faster than the general flow of traffic. If a faster car is coming up behind you, you pull over to the right lane and let it pass. You don't see German drivers swerving into any free lane to pass or driving at arbitrary speeds regardless of which lane they're in.
Still, even with good roads and other drivers able to handle high speed cars around them, your reaction time and handling at 200mph+ is going to be abysmal. If there is anything on the road for the next thousand feet or so, you won't be able to do jack ***** to avoid it. Germans may drive fast, but they do it responsibly. This douchebag doesn't deserve his car or his license. - HenvY, on 11/27/2007, -1/+42A few comments up I said this was amazing. I take that back. This is one of his other videos, look at the near head on collision o@ 56 seconds. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9eFbX_dFlU&feature ...
- masterc, on 11/27/2007, -1/+37Because here in the US if you get pulled over while speeding, you might get tasered, and nobody likes that.
- TheOther1, on 11/27/2007, -2/+38Luckily for all of us he swerved into that tree.
- saifatlast, on 11/27/2007, -0/+35I was driving on this same stretch of road last week. Right smack across the left 2 lanes was a couch. A fullsize ***** couch. I had a fair amount of time to safely avoid it going 80 mph, and I did, but had I been going almost 3 times as fast, not only would it have been much harder to do, the resulting crash would have much much worse. Going 200 mph on a public road is just plain stupid, and everyone knows it. It's one thing to drive fast, but when you're driving 3 times faster than the fastest cars on the road, there's a big problem.
- zachshmack, on 11/27/2007, -36/+71Dear *****,
If you can afford a Lamborghini, you can afford to take it to a private track where you can drive as fast as you want. Stop endangering the public, you selfish prick. - atruskot, on 11/27/2007, -5/+39The article mentioned something about a computer trip. I'm assuming that meant that he wasn't using a stock speedo. Also, saying stock speedos tend to over-estimate is true for some cars (IE: Honda), but I don't know how well it holds up for most super-cars.
- g33b33, on 11/27/2007, -1/+33*****.
The risk to you the driver is not important. You can die a fiery death for all i care. Its when someone like my mother pulls out in front of you seeing an empty road and you plow into her that I start to care. - cmearns, on 11/27/2007, -6/+33Yesterday's headline:
Arizona man has record setting 0.35 Inch Penis! - floridiot2, on 11/27/2007, -9/+36Holy *****. I really hope they made sure no one was in front of him on that road. From one of the comments, he was going over the length of a football field per second.
- brad3378, on 11/27/2007, -1/+27Not all roads are designed for 200 MPH speeds. And doing that at night time is suicidal if an animal crosses the road.
- kamikazicondon, on 11/27/2007, -6/+32No thats not Nick Hogan...he would have crashed
- Jakyll, on 11/27/2007, -0/+26For one thing, the grades simply aren't meant for that speed. Here, he could have crested over even a slight hill and sent the car airborne. In Germany, the grades are much more controlled, allowing for the higher rate of speed.
- idiggitall, on 11/27/2007, -1/+26Paddle shifters. I think that's how they all come.
- Factionrider, on 11/27/2007, -0/+25That doesn't mean the ticket holds up in court. Try getting someone's plate number off of a car going over two hundred miles per hour too.
- Mark7r0n, on 11/27/2007, -0/+24219mph/60 = miles per minute(mpm), mpm/60 = miles per second(mps), mps*5280= 321.19fps
- G-RaZoR, on 11/28/2007, -0/+243 speeding tickets, 3 separate counts of reckless driving, and one count of being a douche.
He is lucky he didn't kill anyone. - Procure, on 11/27/2007, -4/+27I liked it too... Especially with the stationary camera and him passing at 219. Holy ***** dude, that was intense.
- atruskot, on 11/27/2007, -8/+30good point. I'm not sure why people associate driving fast with driving poorly. I wouldn't have done this on a public road (in Ohio at least) because too many people ride the left lane while going slow as molasses for no reason at all. Thats the real danger, ***** who have no clue how to work a road with more than one lane.
If this was done in Germany on an section of road without a speed limit nobody would be bitching, but he'd still be going just as fast. The only difference that the other drivers around him would know how to react to somebody going so fast and he wouldn't have to worry as much about somebody riding the far left lane going 50mph when they aren't passing anybody. - jimsf, on 11/27/2007, -5/+27not too bright... but barely bright enough apparently to keep his face off camera so as not to go to jail
- G-RaZoR, on 11/28/2007, -1/+22That tree wasn't so lucky....
- xL0Sx, on 11/27/2007, -0/+20and considering that in the video he says something to the affect of "Man I didn't even know he was there" and recap the video where he blew by a car practically stopped, I don't think that qulifies as NOBODY
- MacBigot, on 11/27/2007, -4/+24So what. The LP640 is made to do 219. Do that in a 1976 AMC Pacer and I'll be impressed.
- Jakyll, on 11/28/2007, -0/+17@*****: grade = slope
- rutterj2, on 11/27/2007, -3/+20would you consider him a hero if he hit you while driving irresponsibly like that? ***** that guy.
- Forklore, on 11/27/2007, -2/+18hmmm...data does not seem to support your claims...
- atbnet, on 11/27/2007, -9/+25Wow that was awesome. I raced a Lambo once in my Chevy and beat him. I am not sure he knew we were racing but I still beat him!
- Motodog, on 11/27/2007, -13/+29Daddy has too much money. Driving that car to those limits, he has a responsibility to take it to a track. Spare the cross country traveling family you could murder. You tube fame is not worth the risk, dumbass.
