Idaho Deputy Comes to Family's House to Kill Their Dog, Children Saw it

kidk.com — A sheriff's deputy knocked on the door of a Teton County, Idaho family and insisted on seeing their dog then said,"I'm here to put him down. I'm here to kill him." Leonel Barboza, the dog's owner asked him if he had any proof or anything and the officer replied, "I don't need any proof. He left the dog to bleed to death.
