- yocouchdigga, on 08/15/2009, -52/+699my money's on the cat, for looking 9003x more awesome.
- doublefelix, on 08/15/2009, -22/+472What's awesome is neither one is turning tail. They are both in it to win it. Though if that cat lands that crazy-fast overhead windmill; game over man.
- iEATcatFOOD, on 08/15/2009, -8/+319If my calculations are correct, the projection you have posted, (9003), appears to be a number which falls Greater than the number 9000.
- flapanthers87, on 08/15/2009, -50/+292These comments suck.
- OmNomNomBACON, on 08/15/2009, -17/+249thats over 9000!
- kavery, on 08/15/2009, -89/+284Cats are *****. Ever heard of a cat saving an owner's life? Nope, of course not, they are too busy thinking about how they will trip their owner going down the stairs once they're out of the hospital.
- krispykreams, on 08/15/2009, -23/+197I don't get it... is everyone just too afraid to say that this isn't really funny at all just because there is a cat in the photo and an "LOL" in the headline?

Never find a cat doing what now? - NecroSexy, on 08/15/2009, -35/+143Never heard of a cat killing a child either.

- billalbertson, on 08/15/2009, -12/+97My cat saved my life. I was suffocating in my sleep due to some stuff that got added to the lawn outside my window. The cat somehow knew there was a problem, and practically clawed its way through the door to get to me. Bit me, jumped on me, whatever she could do to get my butt out of bed. I got conscious enough to crawl out of the room, and she spent about the next 5 minutes licking me and making sure I was ok.
My dog, on the other hand, was busy digging up the yard and licking his butt, as usual. - emptypew, on 08/15/2009, -2/+86http://img338.imageshack.us/img338/1715/dogcatsqui ...
- Snoresnore, on 08/15/2009, -12/+86What?! 9000!?
- kevo09, on 08/15/2009, -6/+72It's an interesting action shot, not funny, and that's a bad headline.
- SilverBack101, on 08/15/2009, -1/+67You say he was in the yard? Sounds like he maybe the one poisoning you. >_>
- Wisgary, on 08/15/2009, -0/+61Change that background to LAVA instead of water and you've got yourself a ***** movie.

- inactive, on 08/15/2009, -3/+39A 6 pound tabby is pound-for-pound the most ferocious animal on the planet. Seriously, go try to pick up a cat that doesn't want to be picked up.
- Silentnite85, on 08/15/2009, -10/+45You've never heard of cats sleeping on babies faces smothering them in their sleep?
- tcasey22, on 08/15/2009, -1/+32You have yourself Episode 3, to be more precise.
- DESTROYER2118, on 08/15/2009, -4/+33Rule number 2: You do not ***** up the quote.
- barc0001, on 08/15/2009, -5/+34Doubtful. If those claws land on that dog's nose, it'll be in a world of hurt like you getting punched in the face while simlultaneously getting a sledgehammer to your crotch. My old cat did that exact thing to the neighbor's German Shepard that was easily 6x her size, and from that day forward the dog was terrified of her to the point that the Shepard would wet itself if my cat got within 10 feet.
- wastelander, on 08/15/2009, -18/+46You can find anything on the internet..
"A wild cat attacked and killed a one month old baby girl while she slept in her crib in the southern district of Marjaayoun, As Safir newspaper reported Monday.
The paper said the cat snuck into Shahd Mahmoud's room while her parents were outside in their barn and bit her in the face causing severe damage.
Upon hearing the baby's screams, her mother Nisrine stormed into the room where she saw a big black cat biting Shahd in the face.
The father, Saadeddine Mahmoud and neighbors rushed the baby to hospital in Marjaayoun.
The girl was then transferred to Beirut State Hospital where she died Sunday, a day after the attack. An Nahar said Nisrine had a nervous breakdown upon learning of her daughter's death and was also taken to hospital for treatment
One of the neighbors killed the wild cat and kept it for investigators to examine in order to find out what caused the incident, As Safir said.

You sir get +10 internets - tgc1, on 08/15/2009, -1/+18The look on the dogs face - "This is an outrage!"
- Chaindrop, on 08/15/2009, -0/+16Sounds like he's digging up your grave.
- joshf52, on 08/15/2009, -0/+15well played, sir
- stonebear, on 08/15/2009, -0/+15I don't think urban myths and wild animals count. The poster obviously refers to domestic cats, and no cat related baby suffocations have ever been established; it's just a medieval folk tale to explain SIDS.
- eweknow, on 08/15/2009, -3/+16We all know Mrs. Sanders killed that baby and blamed it on the cat.
- HeadInJarMan, on 08/15/2009, -8/+20Guess what? You aren't.
- soil, on 08/15/2009, -3/+15Wow. You really care about cat reputations.
Well...done? I see now that cats can do great things too. - Snoresnore, on 08/15/2009, -2/+13The only winning move is to not play at all.

- 11oops, on 08/16/2009, -0/+8So does your mother.
- BabyWookie, on 08/16/2009, -2/+10The domestication of cats, who are some of the most effective predators in the world, had enabled early Egyptians, who were just delving into agriculture, to keep most of their crops, at the time when the difference between a good crop and bad crop meant life or death. They played a major part in Ancient Egypt's rise and success as a civilization. It is no wonder that they were worshiped.
- Mopbucket, on 08/15/2009, -1/+9Suck the breath right out of it? How the hell would it get a proper seal over the babies mouth? And then what, does it hold the baby's nose shut too?
Even assuming the cat had the lung power to continuously suck the air out of its lungs until it died, it still doesn't make sense. Grown cats lap up milk, they don't suck it. - joshr03, on 08/16/2009, -0/+8Have you ever tried to pick up a goat that doesn't want to be picked up?
- 3The3Dude3, on 08/16/2009, -2/+10Clearly, the pro-cat lobby is out in full-force and They. Are. Pissed.
