- fantasmacanino, on 10/11/2007, -1/+49Not only that. I work with 4 to 6-year-old boys (and girls). With these instructions on how to build paper planes, I'll be like a god to them, mwa-ha-ha!
- Nyvhek, on 10/11/2007, -0/+31Are you sure they're not so good they're flying around the world and hitting you in the back?
- moojj, on 10/11/2007, -2/+29How will people know there are pictures?
- TomRemixed, on 10/11/2007, -0/+16telepathy
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -2/+18ya number 2 is the best
- Bull985, on 10/11/2007, -1/+16This is great. My paper airplanes are so bad they always end up behind me somehow.
- Gullop, on 10/11/2007, -1/+12I wish they would just agree on which is the best so i could just make that one...
- deadeye823, on 10/11/2007, -1/+10Nah, you're probably thinking of Chuck Norris' paper airplanes.
- BayAreaKing, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7you know you're bored when you actually try to make one of those...and fail
- dyckdownunder, on 10/11/2007, -2/+9haha...once this hits front page...Gene is going down. Good one, M0b1u5...
- mrmacky, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5Ha, a monster can't bite so many victims in such a short time. Looks like your link is very popular ;)
- theRIAA, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5http://www.10paperairplanes.com/how-to-make-paper-airplanes/07-the-ring.html
RING AIRFOIL PWNS ALL!! - DrunkenDevil, on 10/11/2007, -1/+5Where was this page when I was 10!? These are VERY cool. =P
- Stano, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4Finally a useful article that I can relate to.
- yamyogurt, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4These are ***** hard to make even with the pictures.
- Tanouki, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4- But sir, it's just a mod...
- [takes out a pistol] I said, "Hop in." - nikkilai, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3you're doing glider no. 2 wrong then. I used that same design all the time as a kid and my paper planes never failed. Glider No. 2 ftw.
- nick2, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3No matter how easy the instructions may be, I still suck at making them. Can't go farther than 2 feet.
- firearcade, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3@r00t3r (#7238207)
just gave this a try, and found a few problems along the way, especially with part 17, 18 and 19, but it turned out i was doing it the right way all along. flew it just now and i've gotta say i'm amazed at the way it glides. the wings rest on the air currents and the plane slowly descends to the ground. thanks a lot for the recommendation. definately would like some heavier paper,,, where's my domino's menu? - Godlesswanderer, on 10/11/2007, -3/+5I've never been good at making paper planes, at least now I know there are instructions to help me. Of course, I'm not actually going to use them but it's nice to know they're there.
- jjremy, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2I wish I had a subscription to Best Paper Airplanes Monthly like you seem to.
- r00t3r, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2I have used these instructions to build this plane before. Give it a try, and you will see why it is the best. Enjoy.
http://www.zurqui.co.cr/crinfocus/paper/airplane.html - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2I made two perfect replicas of the Glider No.2 and Gomez,
and they both have the aerodynamics of a ***** penguin >:( - inactive, on 10/11/2007, -2/+3The steps are simple and this plane is very good. If you'd like to see more unique (and advanced) paper airplanes, you can do so at http://pileofphotos.com/view/175/Paper-airplanes although there are no instructions on the site.
- ElectricGrandpa, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1It's also turning out to be the toughest to make... I swear the instructions are whack.
- Scheissen, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1what's that? digg bans you when enough people press the block sign next to your name? Hello, goodby.
- freakout1, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I used to make the 'Little Nicky' one all the time when I was younger, it was the best (and pretty much only, lol) one I knew how to make, and they fly really well. So if you're looking for one that flies good, check out that one.
- MachineGunFunk, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1this is great for boring baseball games.
- Autoclave, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I once had a paper airplane book which I have since lost. There was one awesome design in it that I wish I could remember how to make. It was in the shape of a diamond and you would throw it straight up with the wings folded against the body and it would do this huge sweeping circle for at least 15 seconds.
- shadow289, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1hah, i used to make so many planes when i was small.
i can honestly say i made a few favorites and none of which are mentioned here..
The best plane potential available is so far the world record plane. (although pretty hard to fold- and make it fly)
another is the 2nd one on this list.
the only thing thats important: tight precise equal folds. And don't let your fantasy about Millennium falcon or anything else similar shape your plane- they wont fly then ^^ - jjremy, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1go make a kite.
http://www.hiflykites.co.za/free-kite-guides/make-your-own-kite-manual/adam-kite.htm - jjremy, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1curl (not fold) the back tips of the wings slightly. That's what we used to do when we were youngins.
- jjremy, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Only if you happen to be carrying a stack of A4 paper around with you.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1This is great i was rubbish at making paper planes as a child but always loved them i could get back some lost fun as a child or go back to playing Gears of War
- mrshll, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1digging for the sole reason of theRIAA's comment.
good christ. - dezmo, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1uhm.. what is the link?
- mowe, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0Wow, I never knew the planes I was making actually had names.
- NuclearBlast, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Telepathy.
- m2paper, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1How will people know there are pictures?
- markgaudreau, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0It's a shame they don't have instructions to build the "spruce moose" yourself
- spykez, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0When I used to make paper airplanes I remember Glider No. 2 made it from the steps of my house to across the street onto the sidewalk, it flew up like a foot after i threw it, made a loop and flew straight across. lol I had way to much time on my hands when I was a kid.
- Sethwm2, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Dugg for future teacher abuse in the next school year!

that website is great - funkspiel, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Go fly a kite.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1Great planes
- ohnnyj, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1This is very cool. My cousin taught me how to make #2 about 10+ years ago and I had forgotten how to make it so thanks goes to the OP. It is a good paper airplane, we used to throw them off the balcony of my grandfather's house and they would glide for quite a while.
- z3021017, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0And the award for most boring looking paper plane goes to..... Silke!
- Failuretothrive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0@ariastar
WOW, and you criticized me (obviously to defend your "female digger but I'm still cool right guys?" But truly you are the epitome of all females everywhere! Congrats! Oh *****, don't want to leave you out either Nikkilai! - SomeManbeapig, on 10/11/2007, -2/+1I like how every month new instructions come out to build the best planes. That way i can upgrade!
- h4rcore, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0I've been making #2 since I was 8 years old.
