  • LoSwaga, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6I've actually been there. Most of Southwest Bolivia is very Dali-esque. There's a really mean lady at the entrance of the hotel who kicks you out unless you're staying in a room or buying chocolate from her.

Fine for a visit but you didn't really want to stay there - no-one was staying - 'just looking, thanks'. The surrounding area though is quite amazing. Driving on these vast salt flats, if you catch the right combination of sun & sky, the horizon 'disappears' or just plain blends into the white sea.
