Grumpy airport neighbor threatened to shoot down planes. Get out of my air!
wsbtv.com — A frustrated man charged with making harassing phone calls to a nearby airport said he didn't mean to alarm aviation officials. He just wanted the planes to soar a bit higher. Roland Lee Germaine, 56, was arrested Monday and charged with three counts of making harassing phone calls to the Northeast Georgia Regional Airport in Winder.
