I am getting increasingly concerned about the number of articles being dugg up from the Daily Mail. Is there some sort of British, right-wing conspiracy happening on Digg. It seems that every article recently about Britain as come from this sensationalist tabloid. All I can say is this: People of America, you wouldn't want the image of your country to be solely represented by Fox News. I had a friend in HS whose mother used to scream, and I mean really scream - high octave full volume - at her for the way my friend ate french fries. Seriously and WTF combined. The right way, apparently, for those of us not on the same ***** crazy planet as her mom, is 1 at a time and held with only 2 fingers when bringing the fry to your mouth, then carefully wiping your fingers on your napkin before enjoying the next fry.
Interestingly and possibly not coincidentally, that same friend began hearing voices when she was about 16. My guess is a combo of ***** crazy genes combined with ***** crazy treatment. Seeing things that aren't there, delusional, hearing voices, even having conversations and doing actions because of them. She didn't kill them and admits she didn't want to and the video was so that people would take her seriously when she asked for help.
I feel sorry for her if this is what it took for her to get real mental help. I know it took me telling my first sergeant that I wanted to shoot myself for my unit to take me serious so I could get some treatment for my depression when I was in the army. I don't think putting her in jail for life is a viable treatment in this case. It's clear that the parents are incapable of raising a child, she said that she has asked for psychiatric help earlier yet nothing was done. She did NOT kill the parents, even though they knew that she needed help they decided to press charges against her anyways. The girl is a minor, and if she is charged her life will be ruined forever.
