hightimes.com — Officers on the scene to evict a Chicago man ended up arresting him after finding a room “filled with growing marijuana plants.” Cook County Sheriff’s police arrived at 4548 S. Prairie Ave. to evict 35-year-old Arkey Washington for mortgage foreclosure, according to the Cook County Sheriff’s department.
