Engine explodes, FAA calls it engine "vibration"
consumerist.com — The FAA stated that Southwest flight 438 returned to Dallas' Love Field on November 17 when the plane "experienced a vibration in the number 2 engine". Passengers on the flight claim the engine actually exploded. Leaked pictures of the engine appear to favor the passengers.
