"Yes We Can" is an incredible slogan that signals continuity. Winning an election is a huge enabler, but nobody has done anything yet.
Viewing the election from overseas, I'm very tempted to pat america on the back for doing something, and saying "yes you did" - but it's the wrong way to look at things. Obama hasn't done anything, the American people haven't done anything, and nothing has changed.
Obama can do something, the American people can do something, and much can change because of this election result, and that is the spirit of yes we can - jeremyduffy, on 11/05/2008, -11/+40I've never seen so many digs on any article.
