    That way, you're less likely to have another 09F9 situation on your hands.

    Honestly, I think this whole idea of banning sites is not a good idea. In this case, the site was unbanned after all the uproar... but what about other smaller less famous sites that get banned?

If they start having problems with porn on the front page they will scare away the people that are at work that don't want to get in trouble. Also if there is a lot of porn problems then popular web filters will start blocking it making them loose people and less people = less money from ads. Porn unlike every other topic will cost digg the most money. Which is why it is the most banned item on digg.

You go to it so often that you know nuances about it. Like the fact that Kevin's posts rise to the top.     We also used a keygen for Acrobat 8 since they didn't want to purchase us a real license and we NEEDED Acrobat for some of the work that went on.

Doesn't that go against the idea of a free and open user-driven site? Not to mention that pornography is notoriously difficult to objectively identify (this thread being a response to a perfect example of that).

    Just some food for thought.
