- xM55, on 10/02/2009, -1/+38Eh, death still doesn't look too good...
- thebasshacker, on 06/30/2009, -3/+37That picture is misleading, i saw a low cut blouse.
- Latinbaseballer, on 07/01/2009, -0/+21death never loaded so slow
- Pwalex, on 07/01/2009, -1/+17There's something unsettling about admiring a *crematorium* in *Berlin*....
- niCK1010, on 07/01/2009, -0/+12stoned (not rocks)
- dazparkour, on 07/01/2009, -0/+10Since death comes to everyone (or hey, maybe soon, everyone except the super rich), I think we should handle it a little better. I want people to be happy I was here, not sad I'm gone.
- PterionFracture, on 07/01/2009, -0/+7They still teach anatomy that way in modern med schools.
- sonicpentatonic, on 07/01/2009, -0/+7hung (like a horse)
- Bloodwine, on 07/01/2009, -0/+7I'd like a traditional viking funeral. build me a pyre on a boat and set it afire. Let me sail away on a flaming barge.
- indubitably, on 07/01/2009, -0/+7^ lions fan
- surfergirlsc, on 07/01/2009, -0/+7Didn't see it till you said something, now I can't not see it.
- bmcnally, on 07/01/2009, -0/+6It's actually "hanged".
Hanged is the past tense for the execution of a guy swinging from a rope by his neck.
Hung is for all other forms of the verb/adjective.
Dunno why there are two different forms. - FOR3MAN, on 07/01/2009, -2/+8And I find it kind of funny, I find it kind of sad
The dreams in which I'm dying are the best I've ever had - Neoanarchist, on 07/01/2009, -0/+5This is the english language you're talking about. That's why.
- digitalpencil, on 07/01/2009, -1/+6i've always thought taxidermy was an oft-overlooked alternative to traditional funeral proceedings.. if i could get my family to stuff me, then I could stipulate as part of my will that they have to get me out on various occasions in order to inherit my money. they could even dress me up, cowboy wednesdays, pirate fridays.. the possibilities are endless.
either that or affix a webcam to my coffin and provide a webstream so people could tune in and see how i'm doing.
* registers decaycam.com - bossm4n, on 07/01/2009, -0/+5There are a few Egyptian pharaohs who might have something to say about that.
- bmcnally, on 07/01/2009, -0/+3They still do dissections of people. You can donate your body to science for that purpose.
On a more practical level, they also have observation rooms for surgeries. - aballrap, on 07/01/2009, -1/+4here are your death options
1.hung
2.injection
3 firing squad
4 stoned (rocks)
i would go with injection and then go to one of those awesome burial places in the link - oshea1690, on 06/30/2009, -2/+5id rather be fed to a lion
- DaiMa, on 07/01/2009, -0/+3This looks like so much fun! Where do I sign up?
- ATH025, on 07/01/2009, -0/+3They do that nowadays too.
- santiago1, on 07/01/2009, -0/+3 I gave him a digg for the Tears for Fears reference
- PterionFracture, on 07/01/2009, -0/+3Firing squad.
Place me in a lifeboat, set me adrift, and send in the Navy SEALs for some target practice. - anexanhume, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2"What do we do?"
"Uh... KILL HIM!" - Sourcio, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2You probably forgot that we can concur the death which is REALLY GOOD.
- LordBoreal51, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2What ever happened to capitalizing after periods? Come to think of it, I don't think anything in that article was capitalized.
- bigpappapunk, on 07/01/2009, -1/+3heaven.....lol
- walruspanzer, on 07/01/2009, -1/+3News ratings this week would disagree
- SandWraith, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2The English philospher Jeremy Bentham had himself stuffed and preserved, and he's been on display in a hallway in the University College London for over a 150 years. For some reason the whole thing is called the "auto-icon" (so sayeth wikipedia).
- darkstar949, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2The name of the course is, usually, Gross Human Anatomy and they are indeed still teaching it - http://www.thecrimson.com/article.aspx?ref=157469 - it still seems to be one of the best ways to get medical students a way to let them see what ticks.
- TheSeeker11, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2I want a viking funeral.
- Bloodwine, on 07/01/2009, -0/+2cure death? overpopulation much?
I say before we extend our lifespans much further, let's work on spreading out to multiple planets first. - PterionFracture, on 07/01/2009, -1/+3My death has taken 26 years to load so far, and it's STILL not done!

- martoony, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1i just want to be stuffed and holding a PBR
- wolfing, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1I'd rather look bad and alive than good and dead
- ilikemazdas, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1The one in Berlin reminds me of the movie Equilibrium.
- jwquinlan, on 07/01/2009, -0/+1"What would you like to hear them say about you at your funeral?"

But I've also heard that some African tribes use forced overexposure to hyperpotent cannabis smoke as a *punishment*! - ethana2, on 07/02/2009, -0/+1Capital letters can go die.
