K is really a miraculous substance, indescribable, but also extremely dangerous if you go into it with arrogance. It's one of the most widely used anaesthetics in the world, and very common in battlefield situations. But of course the panties-in-a-bunch gang has to Think of the Children or whatever self-hating banner they feel compulsed to wave, and it's illegal here. stupid *****.

The whole "date rape drug" thing is way overblown by the sensationalist media and overzealous groups like Take Back The Night. The use of date rape drugs is extremely rare. In the vast majority of rape cases where the victim thinks they were roofied, they were actually just far more drunk than they realized. I would say there is probably close to a zero percent chance that this smuggler was going to be selling K to the let's-drug-women-and-rape-them market.
