Really? - cam0man, on 06/20/2009, -1/+9I went to a Catholic middle school and we had a priest come in as a guest speaker to share stories about exorcisms....the guy was pretty badass and told us all kinds of ridiculous stories. They were literally tales you'd see in movies - about giant sewing needles flying across the room and levitating inches away from the person's face and people developing rapid fevers in seconds.

I'm a geneticist, and it's very well known amongst our ranks that those papers espousing the eventual genetic drift toward a "brown world", "beautiful world" and the "disappearance of blonde hair" are all bunk. None of those papers are taken seriously by any scientists worth their salt, and are routinely proven incorrect in bioinformatics journals.
