- MusicMagi, on 03/27/2009, -0/+19Title should be "Hollywood's most stylish crooks"
- Jabrams2, on 03/27/2009, -3/+16NO ONE can deny how damn stylish those guys looked in Reservoir Dogs
- inactive, on 03/27/2009, -1/+10 MR. PINK
Why am I Mr. Pink?
JOE
Cause you're a *****.
Everybody laughs.
MR. PINK
Why can't we pick out our own
colors?
JOE
I tried that once, it don't work.
You get four guys fighting over
who's gonna be Mr. Black. Since
nobody knows anybody else, nobody
wants to back down. So forget it,
I pick. Be thankful you're not
Mr. Yellow.
MR. BROWN
Yeah, but Mr. Brown? That's too
close to Mr. *****.
Everybody laughs.
MR. PINK
Yeah, Mr. Pink sounds like Mr.
Pussy. Tell you what, let me be
Mr. Purple. That sounds good to
me, I'm Mr. Purple.
JOE
You're not Mr. Purple, somebody
from another job's Mr. Purple.
You're Mr. Pink.
MR. WHITE
Who cares what your name is? Who
cares if you're Mr. Pink, Mr.
Purple, Mr. Pussy, Mr. Piss...
MR. PINK
Oh that's really easy for you to
say, you're Mr. White. You gotta
cool-sounding name. So tell me,
Mr. White, if you think "Mr. Pink"
is no big deal, you wanna trade?
JOE
Nobody's trading with anybody!
Look, this ain't a goddamn *****
city counsel meeting! Listen up
Mr. Pink. We got two ways here,
my way or the highway. And you
can go down either of 'em. So
what's it gonna be, Mr. Pink?
MR. PINK
Jesus Christ, Joe. ***** forget
it. This is beneath me. I'm Mr.
Pink, let's move on. - Ph34rb0t, on 03/27/2009, -2/+10Three issues with this. Blog Spam, inaccurate title, and poor grammar.
- ybnormalman, on 03/27/2009, -1/+9100% title and description fail.
I expected pictures of real kingpins and gangsters, not the wardrobe Hollywood chose to deck them out with. Half of the "crooks" in this article are completely made up to begin with! - tj111, on 03/27/2009, -0/+7Dugg for hamburgler
- LargeStack, on 03/27/2009, -1/+7I read China‘s Most Stylish Crooks
I was confused about the Hollywood Crooks for a minute.
The thumbnail of Reservoir Dogs looked like a bunch of Asians in black suits. - lex0nyc, on 03/27/2009, -1/+7This sucks. I thought it was going to show the styles worn by real gangsters that inspired the films.
- FDDIcent, on 03/27/2009, -0/+5you mean especially the ear cutting scene
- waleedo, on 03/27/2009, -1/+6Resevoir Dogs baby! (except ear cutting scene)
- raypricestandup, on 03/27/2009, -0/+3Sorry, title confused me, I thought this atricle would be about plastic foot wear - Crime's most stylish crocs.
- CNAIF, on 03/27/2009, -0/+3buried, no need to even comment why.
- morningmatters, on 03/27/2009, -0/+2The list contains crooks from movies rather than actual crooks. Even so, it's still a bit random. Pretty much any famous mob movie contain crooks wearing fashionable cloths. Kudos should go to hollywood dress designers and make up artists.
- SwankRock3000, on 03/27/2009, -0/+2One way this article could have been better is to outline the styles/cuts of the particular outfits, or suggestions on where to get such attire, if you wish to look as stylish as the people in the films.
I don't know much about suits, so when I needed one for a prom themed party I went to like last year, I just went to suit stores and tried to describe to the old bastards working there "you know...like reservoir dogs!", to which I was met with many blank stares. One asked "Like Men in Black?", which made me think of the Will Smith video, and I replied "No, nothing like that!" regardless of it's accuracy. - inactive, on 03/27/2009, -1/+3or " Early Hollywood's stylish looks"
because those movies are all prehistoric but they do have style..
Skinny Black ties look cool - kkeut, on 03/27/2009, -1/+3pure crap, this.
- coleelectric, on 03/27/2009, -0/+2AH! That's because Quentin stole this movie idea from "City On Fire" - his script is almost a literal translation. Check it out. I can't believe he got away with it. It's literally, a copy of someone else's film.
- rusty11, on 03/27/2009, -0/+1No Oceans 11?
- LargeStack, on 03/29/2009, -0/+1Ah good times good times
- kdmkdmkdm, on 03/29/2009, -0/+1?
- LargeStack, on 03/28/2009, -0/+1Now thats odd that you say this.
I always felt there was an asian feel to this film.
Inside the office, inside the warehouse for planning and the style over all. - palehorse864, on 03/29/2009, -0/+1!
- palehorse864, on 03/29/2009, -1/+1I always thought the 70's retro look was underrated. Knit tie, sport jacket,
