Your friggin tire bursts? If you're sitting down at the wheel you have decent chances of avoiding the situation, or at least regaining control. If you're up and about you probably wont even grasp what is going on before you reach the point of no return. It's a hazard. Pleanty of kids and very elderly are capable (and even do!) drive around without breaking anything. But its illegal because their *risk* factor is too high.

Dancing like a fool and being careless just doesn't mean as much to me as some cracked out crazy on the road. Yeah it was stupid, but let's keep this ***** in perspective. Should he be punished? Absolutely, but seriously he was dancing like a fool, not snorting lines of coke off the dash.

His lack of attention to the road whilst ***** around could have ended up in a horrible accident. And don't ***** say "well it didn't, so there's nothing wrong". This guy needs to be stripped of his driving license before something happens and some innocent person is pointlessly injured or worse killed.
