- BelXul, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1What I find most sickening in the article is the part where it demonstrates that his termination was dependant upon religious grounds because the "nondenominational fundamentalist Christian, is in fact so impaired by his moral convictions that he is incapable of taking in and processing information".
This is not only a violation of the 1st Amendment, which protects freedom of religion-- ANY religion-- but it is also in violation of employment and ethics laws which protect a person from harassment based on age, race, gender, and CREED among other factors.
