Contagious New Virus Identified by CDC

    Scientists believe the cause is a gene mutation due to sunlight passing through the ozone.
    Appears to affect half the population.
    Remarkably, the other 50% remain unaffected.

    It's still not clear why those affected with the virus still have the ability to vote as the consequences of votes cast while under the virus affects can decimate a country.

    The CDC is calling for "Change".
    Obama said, "I'm here!"
