- Overcyn, on 02/24/2008, -22/+702hilarious only because the next segment was on the newsworthy ladies of starship enterprise.
- sherrife, on 02/24/2008, -46/+659Using every means available within the system to undermine it... Great stuff.
- magnoliasltd, on 02/24/2008, -57/+630give that guy respect
- Rhythmicidea, on 02/24/2008, -29/+549I love how none of them knew how to respond to that. I wish people would express their true opinions on live interviews more frequently.
- FeargusMcDuff, on 02/24/2008, -11/+358I love how the woman's retort to that is "maybe you should be more worried!"
Yeah fear is the best help when making rational decisions. - Spudster, on 02/24/2008, -19/+341I love how the interviewer couldn't provide a response because he knows that it's true.
- kenyan, on 02/24/2008, -4/+297"Fox news covers all types of news"......"coming up 'Captain Kirk's Guide to Women'"
What a wonderful point proven. - inactive, on 02/24/2008, -24/+259Guy's name is Lee Camp, he's been on fux News a couple times before apparently.

News Automaton:"You can get all the news you need on Fox News. Up next, Captain Kirks' Enterprise Babes." - CTK14A, on 02/24/2008, -3/+213I'm guessing we all just watched his final appearance on the network.
- CTK14A, on 02/24/2008, -21/+223When I need hard-hitting news and a smörgåsbord of barely-dressed attractive women young enough to be the newscaster's daughter, I ONLY turn to Fox News.
- Ne007, on 02/24/2008, -16/+196Why does he have to be labeled a "Liberal"?
There are true republicans out there that realize the miserable misguidance and failure that is Iraq. - ahmedb07, on 02/24/2008, -6/+166dugg for
'and comin up next, captain kirk shows you how to woo women like theeeese' - NaziHatinChimp, on 02/24/2008, -26/+140First of all Fox News is not a show, it's a network.
To answer the rest that's because the other stations play news and not recycled ***** to make people feel one way or another. When I tune into a news station I want to see what's happening. Not what happened two years ago. I assume everyone on digg remembers that the dems voted for the war. Third I don't care if Fox News is brilliant 2 hours a day. They are a douche the rest of the time. - captoftheworld, on 02/24/2008, -23/+118Star Trek Enterprise girls?
REALLY classy Fox...
Not that I was expect anything better though. - inactive, on 02/24/2008, -1/+89and then they distracted the public with boobies
- inactive, on 02/24/2008, -10/+95I love people who defeat themselves. Good job.
"It's a great news source, they keep accusing democrats of doing stuff 5 years ago" - benroy, on 02/24/2008, -26/+95Say hello to Guantanamo Bay, Mr. Camp.
- saradipity, on 02/24/2008, -9/+71I love it when somebody goes off script like this, you can feel the tension. The interviewer didn't know what to do...HA ha.
- imapluralist, on 02/24/2008, -5/+64I wonder what they were talking about before he made those comments.
- copyland, on 02/24/2008, -6/+58Look, FOX is not being conservative because they believe in it; they are being conservative because it's part of their business model. They don't even have reporters, they only have pundits and stringers. Don't kid yourself, this is by no means "news" on FOX. This is "talk." Just talk. And when their business model no longer makes sense, which is about any day now, they will do the news in a more profitable way, whether its liberal, libertarian, communist or anarchist. They don't have any soul. They are an "it." Pay no attention to them and they will shrivel up and go away, or they will start singing a new tune.
- smacksaw, on 02/24/2008, -12/+52See? There's your fair and balanced right there.
- pontiac, on 02/24/2008, -5/+45I love how right away she starts her mantra of "I... I love fox news..." Like because he's challenging Fox she has to distance herself or risk being grouped in with him. What a coward. And the host of that show "you can get all the news on fox" like he needs to remind people that they don't actually need to go outside. Just tune into fox and they'll tell you what's up.
- billtorpey, on 02/24/2008, -13/+53I'll bet Fox is trying to find a way to erase the video!
- mateusap, on 02/24/2008, -9/+48True, he's a brave man!
I love it how the other news right after just ironizes the whole deal, i mean, a million people are dead and a effin news channel hires comedians to make the deal a lot more softer...
And oh, the other comedian just wants to make her wage right? I mean, she totally sucks. - Blajano, on 02/24/2008, -5/+42The woman there was like "I like Fox News (and i wanna keep my job too)" lol
- inactive, on 02/24/2008, -4/+39great job ! Turn your TV off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- hiikeeba, on 02/24/2008, -13/+48I don't assume everyone on Digg remembers that the dems voted for the war. I assume that everyone on Digg woke up one day and asked "Why are our troops in IraQ? Damn Bush"
- alex7575, on 02/24/2008, -5/+40Have you tried talking about Fox News without laughing?
I end up laughing every time for the joke they are... - sunroom, on 02/24/2008, -0/+32The comedian in the fox clip wasn't trying to be funny.
- inactive, on 02/24/2008, -2/+33Is a newpaper from new york?
- rand0mm0nkey, on 02/24/2008, -3/+29Nice. Namecalling is your defense. You've totally convinced me.
- taquitohater, on 02/24/2008, -1/+26Sweeping generalizations and rational decisions are better. You needn't be a liberal to hate FoxNews or even to oppose the war in Iraq. All that it takes is to come to your own conclusion based on the evidence which indicates that America is no safer after Iraq was invaded and is indeed probably less safe.
- jackspade, on 02/24/2008, -5/+30YUP, mentioning the fact that many people died in Iraq, and telling people to go out and hug their kids.....sounds like filth to me. You're a retard
- inactive, on 02/24/2008, -7/+30respect.
- FizixMan, on 02/24/2008, -0/+23What is it with you Americans and the use of the word "Liberal"? All I ever see it used as some catch-all insulting adjective with some negative-connotation. Up here in Canada, we use liberal primarily as reference to the political party. It's not some insult or anything. What's the deal?
- alex7575, on 02/24/2008, -4/+26Wow, what a man you are, to criticize the man's appearance and sexual inclination, from behind the interweb wall.
So you have to be a straight bodybuilder to have valid points?
What does anyone's haircut have to do with their intelligence? Einstein was an idiot then?
No, the idiot is clearly YOUs. - Oceandrop, on 02/24/2008, -4/+24But then again, Diggnation never claimed to be a "fair and balanced" source of news.
- tomwarduk, on 02/24/2008, -11/+31great! fox got owned!
- taquitohater, on 02/24/2008, -2/+21There's a way to call for Impeachment in a Rational way that doesn't make You Sound like a Raving lunatic by NOT randomly CAPITALIZING whole words and First Letters of Nouns that AREN'T proper. YOU'RE not Helping anyone.
- Angostura, on 02/24/2008, -1/+20My guess would be because the poster is concerned by pernicious propaganda being spread across the country under the thin veil of 'Fair and Balanced' news.
- wush, on 02/24/2008, -15/+34those live diggnation episodes are also a festival of ignorance (and guys whooping)
- Arkavus, on 02/24/2008, -1/+19It seems Liberal is thrown around by adults now like Jew is by teenagers.
- inactive, on 02/24/2008, -0/+17I can't agree or disagree with you without seeing the whole segment. It would have been nice to see the build up to that point in the segment rather than just cut straight to the remarks.
- VitriolAndAngst, on 02/24/2008, -1/+17The people we get on Live interviews never mention that the Emperor has no clothes. Telling the truth doesn't get you that high 6 figure news anchor job.
- VitriolAndAngst, on 02/24/2008, -0/+16They were filling air time with two comedians -- this guy was pointing out the uselessness of Fox News as just a way to distract people. If all you get is Bread and Circuses, go outside and be with your family.
I'd do that but I have to go to work right now. Bummer. - VitriolAndAngst, on 02/24/2008, -1/+17Yeah, it was perfect timing to prove the comedians criticisms correct. They fill a "hard hitting news broadcast" with an author's tips on how to pick up chicks like Captain Kirk. Perfect.
- robdiggity, on 02/24/2008, -2/+17Well, he has a point about about that "all the news" thing. For instance, where else would I get the scoop on that whole "Captain Kirk gets all the babes" *****
- cidman2001, on 02/24/2008, -11/+25I though this guy was spot on...but he could have been talking about any of the news sources out there, not just Fox.
As for the "ratings speak for themselves" rhetoric, I can't say that I buy it. I watch Fox news all the time, but I'm certainly not drinking the kool-aid. I'm smart enough to read between the lines and filter the rhetoric from the facts. I like it, because it's far more entertaining than the other broadcasts. I like it when I hear some of the ***** there, it gets under my skin and reinforces my centrist passions. I get that same kind of rush when I read the Huffington Post or Daily KOS. Anderson Cooper and Larry King just don't do it for me. Wake me up when it's over.... -
