Nothing works better, and you don't get a buzz off the tiny amounts used. It's the abuse of the drug by snorting and smoking it that causes the problems.

But now that freedom is gone we have to rely on our Socialist Government to medicate us.

- mistatwista, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3The properties of cocaine as a topical anesthetic does not bring the same effects as snorting the drug. It was actually the most common topical anesthetic prior to the synthesis of novacaine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novocaine).

They synthesize the numbing properties of Cocaine to form manmade -caine drugs. The manmade form was DERIVED from the study of the chemical composition of Cocaine. Do you see what I'm saying now?
