Think about it. What if one of your buddies thought it would be super funny to replace your FINAL EXAM with a cd full of child porn. No one with child porn is going to mistakenly turn it in as a final exam. I mean really, he could be that stupid but I seriously doubt it. This sounds like someone pulled a practical joke on him and didn't realize just how much they were going to ***** his life up. Of course he may be guilty. My question to all of you is this: If you were innocent and something like this happened to you, what would you be thinking right now? For the rest of your life you will be labeled as a sex offender. Anywhere you live your neighborhood will think that about you. Any potential girlfriend/wife you could possibly meet will find out and dump your ass. What if it was all because of a practical joke?

He has a trial and no one has convicted him yet. If it really wasn't his then have some faith that the court will find that out. He's free to report "his friend" and have him investigated as well.

    But my personal opinion, after his dodgy attempts to reclaim the CD, is that he's a sick, kiddie-porn loving bastard.
