The CDC recently said that one in four teen girls in the USA has some form of STD. And sometimes people who wax bleed. So between the risks of getting a STD or some blood borne pathogen you can see why insurance companies exclude this out of there policies.

I understand you question their decisions regarding... bikini waxing. However anything else they could focus their attention on within their field of competence would also be questionnable.
I mean... Do you realize that saying they should focus their attention elsewhere is a statement that implicitly acknowledges the need for such a board? Defending your stance after ricker pointed out you missed this was a focused board isn't the right way to go. You'd look much better if you laughed and said "oh you're right, I totally missed that!".

But the hair that gets in the way can be quite annoying and bothersome. And specially if you have to pull hair out of your mouth to continue it would be more pleasurable for the girl to at least shave somewhat.
Other than that, most girls I know say they enjoy oral sex more if they're completely shaven over a patch or jungle.
