Big Guy Claims He's Going to Sue Billiards Hall for Weight Discrimination

toobig.net — I feel for this big guy but I feel that both of them were in the wrong. Big guy screams weight discrimination because pool hall wont let him in because they say his shirt it too big. They claim it's a dress code violation.

  • thenet411, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I disagree with you, Katie. It seems like the nightclub was completely in the right and the big guy is totally in the wrong. I read the response from the establishment and the fact that he had been let in before clearly shows that weight was not the problem.
  • katie88, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0Yes but dress code violation was never posted until this became an issue. (Now it's posted on the Establishments doors and they then changed it on the site. Plus the manager, according to the big guy toobig posted to his site from the establishment and called him lazy because he didn't want to drive 40 mile to go home. That's why it like both ways. If the Owner never thought they did anything wrong then he never should have called the guy and he did. Also because one person let him in before doesn't mean that someone else can't discriminate another night. Correct?
